I've been going here for many, many, years, and seeing Dr. Lehrer. Recently, I've seen two of the…read morenew Dr.'s. One prescribed a diuretic (water pill) without prescribing potassium. I fainted, and had to go to the emergency during the night. Had I hurt myself..................... Another created an entirely inappropriate scene in the hallway, as I was checking out (another of my Dr.'s had one, too, with him, and won't recommend him).Dr. Lehrer no longer works in this office (he works at another branch in Teaneck) I don't know if he's taking new patients. I have no confidence in the new Dr.'s., at least not for the problems I have. The new Dr.'s do provide a range of new specialties, however. The staff should be more careful in matching the patient to the physician. I had one run-in, years ago, with a member of the office staff, on the phone. I REALIZED, HOWEVER, THAT IT WAS MY FAULT. I apologized and brought her some chocolates. She couldn't have been more appreciative. You go in with an attitude, you get an attitude. Yes, you usually have to wait to be called for your appointment, but not more than 15 minutes. When you get there late, you screw up the work-flow. Other patients will be called, who have arrived in time for their appointments. You'll have to wait. When it's you who's in the wrong -- don't blame someone else.

This office is the worst at keeping appointments...especially around the holidays and summer…read moremonths. They overbook like crazy! The receptionist is rude and nasty! I went to the office 10 minutes late after they cancelled my appointment less than 24 hours in advance and I was driving so I couldn't write down the time and date. I called more than an hour prior to the actual time to confirm the time. I left a message because no one answered asking them to call me back with the correct time. No one did. I called again at 9:55. They told me my appt was at 10:00. I said I would be there in 10 minutes...and asked if that would be ok. They said sure...no problem. When I arrived no one called me up to get my insurance card or anything until 11:00! When she finally did she asked how long I was there. I told her a while...she gave me all new paperwork to fill out and when I brought it up I politely I asked Do you know how much longer before I'm seen? The rude receptionist told me another hour and a half. I questioned her and she rudely said, well you didn't get here until 10:25, everyone else has to be seen before you. At that point I asked for my credit card back. Then the rude receptionist said well you didn't get here until 10:25, what do you expect? I reminded her that they changed my appt and that I did get there at 11:10. Then I asked why did you change my appt to this time if you were so backed up...funny thing, the actual doctors nurse said at this time, I can take you in now...that rude receptionist was still trying to argue with me...simply amazing!!! The worst run office I have ever seen!!! This has happened more than once to me and, I have heard many people argue with them about the same thing!

A highly recommended group of physicians recommend his office as the best Ear, Nose & Throat group in the Bergen County area. I find it interesting that an excellent, highly respected pediatrician recommended Dr. Silver 40 years ago and today he is still viewed as the best around. He has excellent staff people, as well. Jeanette continues to be a very smart, professional, friendly, caring, proactive & conscientious employee. Jackie, Jacklyn and Tara have been helpful & professional, too.

Dr. Aretsky is a sweetheart, but the Hearing Center in his office have no regard for their…read morepatients. They neglected to submit to my health insurer the claim for my hearing aid reimbursement for more than three months. It's not a trivial sum of money; the reimbursement my health insurer offers is worth thousands of dollars. I spoke to the office a week ago and was promised that I would hear from the office manager, Anna, that day. I never did. Ever since day my calls have been diverted to the answering service. I asked the service to let Dr. Aretsky know that I have to speak to him urgently, but have heard nothing from anybody. My insurance company tells me that the time for processing my claim expires soon, so I may lose the reimbursement which I am entitled to, and which the Hearing Center assured me before I ordered the hearing aid that I would get. It looks like the only avenue open to me now is an office visit and a scene there.

Let's go one by one:…read more Dr. Kassir- the level of professionalism, bedside manner, care, expertise, love and patience you are getting with him is beyond what i have experienced with any of my previous plastic surgeons (4 others). I can genuinely say from the moment my mother and i booked with him we felt we were in good hands but when we met him we knew. All worries and concerns went away because he really listens and wants you to be happy with your results. I was disheartened to read the other reviews because he is far from a doctor that only cares about your money. Yes, he is pricey but that is directly correlated to the results I received and the level of care and importance he has placed on my desires in reference to my appearance and results. He has continually seen me to check my results, as he did with my mom and hers. For myself it has been a year and i have had 10-15 different appointments from checking up on results to little changes i wanted to try with injections and lasers or fixing scars from previous doctors. He even fixed mistakes from previous doctors without hesitation and without charging me a ridiculous amount or nothing at all because he is that caring. For my mom it's been 3 years and she has been there and done the same. Never once have they denied our requests or been dishonest about predicted results or costs. We always get honest care and instructions on their policies when booking. He is a wonderful family man that makes his patients feel like his extended family. You never leave them without him catching up with you and asking about your lovely family and life. You never feel rushed out. Lastly, a lot of times we think this is an all solving solution to your aesthetic needs and forget that he places instructions on lifestyle and after care to reach optimal result. He has miracle hands that work miracles but we also have to be consistent with the after care and be responsible with his schedule and be respectful to all helping us.
