The hygiene was extremely tall and did not lay me flat on the dental chair and she briefly tried cleaning. I never had once hygiene does not lay me flat nor sit down to operate cleaning throughly. I was so scared she may hurt me because I knew "she was not able to see throughly into my mouth to do cleaning." She knew I was afraid from my facial expression. The result from that, dental calculus was remaining on my tooth and cleaning was undone. I complained by calling them afterwards when I saw remaining calculus, I was connected to the religion manager. She told me that if the hygiene was comfortable standing up doing cleaning, then that is the right method. I surprised for my life that the manager said hygiene should be comfortable and not the clients! She also said I should not complain because my insurance paid for the service, and she tried to schedule the deep cleaning appointment with same hygiene! I could not believe what I have heard and how they treated me like just money and not getting treated for dental health. They charged my insurance for undone cleaning job. She has not apologized for my bad experience, and she does not understanding the procedure of cleaning. Everyone, please be careful which dentist to trust for the healthcare service! It is very important to choose the dentist that truly care for you to perform proper procedure! Be aware of insurance scam. We all want the proper cleaning by a good hygienist.
