This one nurse looked way too glammed out as though she was going to her hs prom. She didn't do her job well AT ALL! Thank goodness I got to review her at the end of my stay. Overall my experience with Monte hasn't been the best, but I know that the ICU is pretty good. Maybe I'm biased, but I hear the nurses their take their job seriously. If you're dying and need care IMMEDIATELY get your self out of the Bronx and go to Westchester!

No wait time, superior clinicians who are very friendly and concerned about your comfort. This is a teaching hospital so some of the expenses are minimized because Dental Residents perform some non-surgical procedures (dental impressions, temporary crowns, etc.) The Montefiore Garage is right across the street and it's always full but they still manage to squeeze your car in.

Dr. Oh was super honest and told me the best route was extraction. Since all he does are root canals I highly value when doctors give an opinion based on what is best for their patients opposed to personal profits. Because of that I highly recommend. He was very personable and funny, and for some reason that is like a rare trait in doctors lol. Definitely go here for opinions before you get any work done. Ohh and he gave me a cd copy of the 3D x-ray on my tooth which was a first and highly convenient since now I can show this to whoever does the extraction without having to pay for the same x-ray.
