She has been an amazing doctor and more importantly, an understanding, caring, thoughtful and compassionate soul that goes above and beyond .. After circling with various doctors for months, Dr Ellie was able to diagnose my daughter with an extremely rare medical condition on Day 1 after meeting with her. She was a godsend. We finally had an answer to why my daughter had been suffering from jaw pain and swelling for months.. And as a parent, there is no other way to describe a sense of relief from all the anxiety and stress that this unnamed condition was causing which now had a diagnosis. As soon as we had a diagnosis and run thru a battery of tests to confirm, Dr Ellie persevered and worked to ensure we got slotted into surgery as soon as possible because of the urgency. I couldn't have entrusted my daughter to a better surgeon before, during and after post-op. Dr Ellie has been incredibly responsive, very thorough, attentive and addresses any issues you may have even on her own personal time. She has a great bedside manner and picks up on those little nuances when speaking with her, and readily eases any concerns. Additionally she referred us an excellent infectious disease team at Cohen's Children Medical Center and continuously worked with them side by side to get my daughter treated post op. Now after months of treatment, my daughter's condition is under control and it's all because of Dr Ellie - she is better because of this excellent doctor. That's all a parent could ever want. I've had 3 appointments cancelled over the last year. Was told after the first cancellation that they were trying to figure out what was going on with the office and they would only be opened on weekends now. Scheduled an appointment on the weekend for a few weeks later this summer, showed up, and no one was there. Waited for about 30 min, and ultimately left. Tried to schedule an appointment for this month and was excited to return after going to a different dentist and having a poor experience with billing. I get a call from some other dentist there who was kind of curt and told me that they had to cancel my appointment. No reason was given other than they weren't sure when they would be back in the office. I tried to reschedule and was told there were no appointments available. I inquired why, and she told me for the reasons she stated: they were unsure when they would be returning to the office. So disappointed in this office. Dr. Wicks was my favorite dentist until now. Great bedside manner and very informative. Couldn't bring myself to give the office a 1-star review given that my experiences up until this year have been great. I wish there was transparency on what is actually going on with the office, but it doesn't matter now as I'm on the hunt for a new dentist, again. :(

They literally told me if I don't delete a review they wouldn't fix a perm tooth that fell out(yet again). Doesn't matter because ultimately they now all need fixing and he left me walking around with mangled gums and shaved down teeth he did. Multiple visits w teeth falling out. Multiple times I have asked them for a refund. They only care about their reviews. I have tried to get other dentists to fix but they wont touch it and are horrified by his work. Months of dental consults. Other dentists have said they hear often about 212smiliing and having to fix what they have done to people. I finally found a reputable dentist but it took multiple consults and now 45000 in repairs after Dr Kim mangled my gums and teeth(see pict). I have not been able to socialize for months because I know I look this way. I went in for a second repair and Dr Kim messed me up even more as i was crying in his chair begging him to fix it - Did NOT care. This dentist needs to be put out of business from bad ethics. They only care about their reviews and not who they will hurt. They seem to be used to lawsuits with their replies. They simply do not care who they hurt medically. Please run from this dentist. Its terrifying what they did to my mouth both top and bottom please see picture. I literally paid them to mess my mouth up for 30000. Its been the biggest nightmare of my entire life. They not only mangeled my gums and bone and shaved down my teeth but now having to have multiple treatments to fix it that costs me way more. Ive reported him to the dental board.
