She's a total perfectionist and took her time to confirm I was getting what I asked for. I went on a Friday around 12:15, waited for about 15 minutes while she finished up the line of men in front of me. I was worried this spot was more geared toward men as I was the only woman there, but she did an amazing job. Best part of it all, it was only $27! That's a steal where I come from. Like a shameful one night stand, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Linh cut my hair and she did a great job in the 10 minutes I was there. I used to get my brows shaped, laminated, and tinted at another business in Seattle; however, my go to aesthetician up and left without notice so I was on the hunt for a new brow guru. I came across A+ Ilash Studio when googling various businesses in the area. The Redmond location certainly had great reviews and so I decided to check out their newer location in the Wedgewood neighborhood. Their booking process was a breeze and so I booked an appointment with Alice. During the services (brow shape/lamination/tint) everything seemed to be going as expected. When she was finished, she gave me the mirror and I did a quick look which appeared to show a superb job. Unfortunately, I must not have paid too close attention during the mirror inspection because when I got out to the car and did a more thorough look over, I noticed my left brow after the arch was completely misshapened and half of the hair that should've remained was waxed off. When looking midline at my face, my brows appeared to be not only off-center but one brow appeared higher than the other. The over waxing of my left brow was odd because my right brow looked really well without extra hair removal. As far as my brows being off-center and the unevenness, I can only attribute it to the tint being applied to each brow as they appeared individually and not paying attention to symmetry of the face during the application. As soon as I got home, I immediately took off some of the tint that caused the brows to appear off center and I had to fill in with my brow pencil the tail of my left brow that was almost completely missing. I am now 6 weeks post services and although a majority of the hair has grown back, it still is a little more sparse than previously. For the first 4 weeks after visiting A+ Ilash Studio, each day I had to fill in with pencil the missing hair so I'd have more symmetrical looking brows. This venue has some good reviews and I'm happy people have had great experiences, but for me it was a complete fiasco. Again this is just my experience. Hopefully if you choose this business you will have a better outcome than I did. Though unfortunately, I will not be coming back.

I trusted Ideal Image with more than $6,092.56 of my hard-earned money money I spent two full years saving because they promised me "amazing results," "life-changing improvement," and "professional care." Instead, I received misleading information, pressure, and treatments that did not work at all. Laser Hair Removal I completed almost all my sessions. I only had two small sessions left, but the results were almost nonexistent. The hair still grows back nearly the same. Every time I showed them photos proving nothing was improving, they kept telling me to "keep going," instead of acknowledging the problem. Credits Instead of Real Help When I asked about my payments, they said my money was "already used" and that everything was turned into credits in their system. Credits for WHAT? for treatments that had no benefit? for services I never asked for? These credits stay with them, not with me. They trap your money so you can never get it back. Microneedling They convinced me to buy 3 sessions and promised major improvement. After the first session, I had: no peeling no reaction no change no improvement When I asked for a refund, I was told: "Ideal Image does not give refunds." Then they tried to pressure me into switching my money into other services I didn't want. Fake Refunds & Pressure to Pay More They kept pushing me to pay an additional $1,300, promising "you will see results later." I trusted them again and again absolutely nothing improved. The Worst Part: There was no record of my file After I complained and demanded a refund, I contacted HFD, the third-party finance company they use. When I called HFD myself, they confirmed: There is no account affiliated with my name (Sara Majali). This makes it look like I never made any payments at all even though I paid everything in full. This is extremely suspicious, unethical, and feels intentional. "Refunds" That Are NOT Refunds The receipts they gave me list "refunds," but these are NOT real refunds. They are only internal credits inside their own system. I did not receive even $1 back to my bank. Not a single dollar. High Prices, Pressure, and Manipulative Behavior Their prices are extremely high, they push nonstop, and they make you feel obligated to buy things you never wanted. When I asked for my original receipt, they printed a different version to make it seem like nothing wrong happened. No professional or honest business behaves like this. I Will Not Stop Fighting for Every Dollar People work hard for their money. Mine didn't grow on a tree. I will keep fighting until every dollar is returned, and I hope others think twice before trusting this company. Invoices Attached I attached the exact invoices that Ideal Image themselves provided to me, which clearly show: charges "refunds" that are only internal credits no money actually returned I am sharing this experience so others can be aware and protect themselves from going through the same stress and financial loss.
