It was great and fun. A very nice mixed crowd, and drinks were well worth it. The best part of the place was the "Selfie Machine" thingy lol I'm a Cali girl and this was most definitely a first time seeing something so neat. I will for surely be back again :-) #TheNewJesters #buzzybooth

Great place and great service. Food was very good. They have plenty of pool tables and play music on the jukebox.

Great hamburgers here! Big burgers reasonable prices, fair prices on drinks. Several pool tables if that's your thing!

You can't win a date with the owner…read more This is more than a wine shop. They do sell wine. They also sell ice cream, soda, fancy pretzels, and a whole bunch more. In truth it's a little gourmet shop. It's centrally located in the Flint Farmer's Market. You'll see the glowing wine sign right away. Even if you don't drink, check it out. There are a bunch on non-alcoholic options. One of the non-alcoholic options was butter beer. It was butterscotch soda. If you like the butter popcorn Jelly Bellies, you will love this. If not, you won't. We also got cherry cola and this beautiful lavender soda water. They had Amy fill out a raffle ticket. Our cashier never said what she could win though, so I said loudly, "a date with the owner!" An old lady came from around the corner and looked at me like I was nuts. The fellow ringing Amy up said, "she's married.' And then Amy almost took off without paying. I told her she was the worst thief ever because he has all of her information on the raffle ticket, and we all laughed. She paid and we left with some delicious treats. But no date with the owner. Lol

Great wine selection…read more Prices are sometimes high for what you are getting, but they carry some unique labels that aren't readily available elsewhere. They have wines that sell at various price points, from their own in-house label that usually sells for about $8 a bottle to the $150 bottles of French reds. Overall, it's a cool, niche wine shop that sells a lot more than just wine. They have a huge variety of craft beers (Dirty Bastard, Bell's, Dirty Blonde, etc) as well, plus wine accessories (bottle stoppers and openers, wine racks, stemware) and even some dairy items in the refrigerated case. My husband's favorite New York Seltzer water is sold here, so I stop in sometimes just to pick it up for him (it comes in a couple flavors, including peach, which is his favorite, at about $1.50 a bottle). Check out some of the more obscure labels and the end caps for good deals on wine. I bought my limited edition "Madonna" wines from the Ciccone winery here, which is difficult to find in these parts. The staff is usually courteous and helpful, but two guys that work here are more knowledgeable than the lady who is here all the time (I think she's the owner). Ask them for a wine-food pairing suggestion and they'll talk your arm off. Whenever I buy wine or beer, they always put a cardboard slider between the bottles so that they don't clank in the bag. One caveat- they're still requiring a minimum purchase of at least $5 or more on all credit card transactions. They should discontinue that policy on the spot. It's dated.

Forget the name- this is NOT a palace. Lol. What's with all of these liquor stores named "palace"…read morethis and that? Anyway, another one of the city's crappy liquor stores. This one attracts bad elements just like some of the others. The cops refer to it as criminal "hot spot." I don't feel comfortable going in this store at all. People watching is at a premium, though. It's dirty with inflated prices on junk. The guys behind the counter are rude and I wouldn't use a debit card here for anything. Use cash if you can help it. They don't even have a very good selection of liquor/alcohol and the prices are convenience only. In short, you will pay through the nose for the most mundane of wine, beer and spirits, as in much more than you will at Kroger or even Rite Aid. Beware the freaks standing around loitering in the parking lot. And speaking of the parking lot, yeah, that's a bit of a joke. The parking is horrible and fender benders can happen here easily. Getting in and out of the lot is the equivalent of asking for an accident to happen. The lot basically abuts into some residential home's property next door. Weird.

He replied this shit right here is what you bought I stood there for a few seconds and ask him what he just say to me he said I don't like peoples to question my store prices and I replied and I don't like peoples who I can't question about store prices so I ask for my money back and I take my business somewhere else he went off on me called me a black bitch told me to go back to Africa and get the F out his store. Words don't hurt me but what does is that this establishments is in a predominantly black neighborhood and our black families are doing most of there shopping and lottery playing giving him our business and this is how he truly feels about a certain race of people's this store needs to be boycotted and removed out of our neighborhood. Which I believe he is and immigrant himself. If you shop there warning do not question him about his store prices.
