Great time at BC on Aug 1. I had their Moose Tripper, Vienna and Amber beers and all were excellent. Thin crust pizza from the the food truck was also excellent. Some rain but the facility has a beautiful pavilion overlooking the lake with a play area whihc the grandchildren enjoyed (as well as myself). Very unique brewery with beautiful grounds and facilities making it enjoyable for the whole family. read more

Talk about spending some serious coin to make this place one heck of a adventure. Yes, worth the drive, we drive 40+ minutes to come here. Once we arrived we were in awe of the size, the attention to details, the out buildings, the food choices, the entertainment and this list goes on. We started with getting a reservation in for dinner and then going to the 'Tap Room'. While us guys did separate flights the women course chose from wine to alcoholic drinks. They opted for margaritas. Our server Emma was quick and responsive despite it being a busy Saturday afternoon. Soon enough our table was for dinner was ready and off we went to the restaurant. We were promptly greeted by Amanda who so super helpful with our dinner selections. While we did not have it and kinda wish we had was the BIG Pretzel. It was larger than life and could easily be fed to a army or family of 8. We opted for Brussel Sprouts, delicious. The Chicken Pot Pie soup and Ceaser Salads were both excellent. We followed up with Steak Tip Pasta and Salmon dinners. All were excellent and Amanda was always checking in on us. The bathrooms were the cleanest I have ever seen. This place is a must go to and the sooner the better. From there you will make the trek often. read more

We discovered Bottom Creek after seeing so many beautiful photos on Facebook, and it exceeded every expectation. This place is truly a diamond in the rough. As we walked up, we were greeted by four stunning buildings, gorgeous landscaping, waterfalls, and a peaceful pond. It honestly felt like we had stumbled upon a hidden luxury resort that only the locals knew about. We were told the wait would be about an hour, so we headed to the tap room and enjoyed a flight of beers. To our surprise, our pager went off in only 20 minutes, and our table was ready. From the moment we sat down, the service was absolutely top-notch. We started with the Caprese appetizer and a salad, then ordered the salmon and the Boursin chicken. Every single dish was outstanding. The salmon was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The Boursin chicken was incredibly tender, topped with creamy Boursin cheese and finished with a delicious fruit compote that brought everything together beautifully. After dinner, we wandered outside to enjoy the live music by the lake before ending the evening in the gorgeous pavilion with its massive stone fireplace. It was the perfect way to finish an already incredible night. Bottom Creek offers so much more than just great food--it's an experience. Between the beautiful setting, outstanding service, amazing food, and relaxing atmosphere, this has quickly become one of our favorite places. I was so excited to get the opportunity to check out Bottom Creek. I'm so surprised to see so many negative reviews. We had a fantastic time! First of all the grounds are stunning. They did everything right! I would love to come and see live music. I wish there was a nearby hotel though because all lodging is a bit far if you are drinking and I doubt an Uber is going to come out that way to get you. We had great service while we were here as well as terrific food. We loved all of the beer that we tried as well. I most certainly will be back! read more

Everything.... This place is to small to handle the lines it has and the food is mediocre at best. Half the food we ordered they had run out of and the bar don't even get me started. 2 bartenders on a Saturday night. We waited 35 min in line for a drink. The place is gorgeous but as others have said; it's a bit confusing at first. It does require walking around to put the puzzle pieces together. As for the restaurant "Kitchen": it has a beautiful ambience, with a great waitress named Katie - but that's about it for the positives. We ordered the spinach dip, creek burger and steak tip pasta with chicken tortilla soup. Sampled a few of their home made beers. Spinach dip and soup were nothing special. The burger was burnt and had a weird bitter aftertaste - with soggy, stale fried onion. The pasta was a perfect al dente, but bland as could be - and incredibly dry. So-very-dry. Steak tips were cooked well, but they also shared a bitter taste and were in desperate need of some salt and pepper. I assume the grill was over ripe for a cleaning? Finally, and I didn't realize it until the end, but we never got the garlic knot that's supposed to come with the pasta. Beer was ok. Would I buy a 6 pack to take home or go there just for the beer? Nah. For $100+, I'll go elsewhere. read more

Visited this place today for an anniversary lunch with a large group. We were accommodated promptly. Food was delicious and service was just as amazing. You feel like you're on vacation coming here. This meemaw came here with my grandkiddies for an early supper on our way home from our trip. They done made the venue so beautiful! Everything was brand spanking new! They had a whole waterfall and beautiful landscaping. The restaurant was very nice and so was the brewery. At first we couldn't much figure out where to park but we done figured that out. We came the same week it done opened up, our waitress was a sweetheart and we saw the owner walking around but she didn't visit our table and ask for feedback. We get it was the same week it opened and the kitchen was working out its kinks still, so I took that into account with my review. We had to wait almost an hour to get our food and my grandbabies were done starving the time our food arrived. The frenchie fries were do-gone scrumptious! My daughter and I ordered the chicken sandwiches and they would have been yummy, expect for account of them missing the garlic aioli we were promised, so it was very bland. However, everyone else greatly enjoyed their meals. My son got the French dip and my grandkiddies done gobbled up their burgers. Overall, we would stop by next time! read more

Granted they have not been open very long but the restaurant needs to get their processes down. We did not get our drink orders together or in a timely fashion. Same with soup and salad orders. Entries came out without the advertised sides. Rainbow carrots came out as standard baby carrots when they were send back then the rainbow carrots came to the table. The side of mashed potatoes with herbs came out as mini whole potatoes. Over all the food was good. Service folks are still learning but did well. Ambiance is beautiful!! Wine pours were very inconsistent two different amount at dinner then the out door bar had half the pour amount for the same price. And yes I do understand this is a brewery but not everyone drinks beer. Over all a solid 7 would try again! read more

Stop! This place needs a few months before they are truly ready to take care of their guests. Everything looks great but it is a house on fire. You pull up and are told to park at least a quarter mile away. Then you get there and they have signs but no information??? A giant area to listen to music is wonderful but can you just take any seat? Does a waitress take your order? Can you grab and go drinks or food and if so where? Can you eat in the taproom or is this just a bar? Why is there a 2.5 hour wait for dinner in the kitchen restaurant but no way if knowing when you will be seated because they don't text you or beep you when your table is ready? They have a market that is less stocked than my kitchen cupboard so nothing to see there. This place has a ton of potential but don't make the mistake we did by going now. Maybe by next summer they will have hired a management team to run this place properly. I truly hope they succeed but please make this place customer friendly not customer confusing. read more

We waited to get into the kitchen for about an hour, which was fine. Our waitress was wonderful and helpful, and the food came out fast. I got the ribeye and my girlfriend got the whitefish. Unfortunately my steak was pretty sub average, I ordered it medium rare and it was pretty tough and chewy, the whitefish was good but nothing spectacular. Our bill was 100 dollars with two drinks which is on par for 2 entrees and drinks. Unfortunately I think that this is more of a burgers and bar food type of place.
