I think it actually got worse as time goes on. I'm just tired of throwing money away here. The quality and consistency of items has dropped. Sandwiches have smaller portions and 1/2 of the time not edible. Sometimes it is the meat, or cheese that seems old/off or the bread isn't fresh. The turkey chutney was my favorite but they changed the chutney (never posted it or said anything) and it is bad. Like really bad. A can of cranberry sauce would be a lot better.
