A friend of mine recommended this place to me, namely because he had grown up in the area, and that they had a really cheap pool table. Well, unfortunately I'm not the sort of person that really knows how to, or is particularly interested in, playing pool by myself, but I do have to admit that it certainly was quite a cheap table (in fact it seems as if they hadn't increased the price in decades). Mind you, the problem was that they really didn't have a huge selection of beers, which was a bit of a shame for a pub that is located in such a nice old building, in a place that is rather touristy.
