Food is nice and affordable, it's what you expect with a pub feed. Bar staff are nice and friendly. Price is fair. Only one thing I can fault is the courtesy bus driver, who is extremely rude and complains. Understandably he doesn't have the easiest of jobs dealing with drunk patrons but his attitude is poor. Hopefully this was a one off situation and he enjoys his job regularly as you could tell on the night we used him he didn't want to be there. I'd of much rather of paid $10 for an uber home than deal with his whinging, this is the only reason I couldn't give a 5 star review. To end on a positive note I will say the security are outstanding and look after the patrons well and overall the Lapstone hotel is a safe, friendly environment. read more
