There was more than one issue with my dryer, the door latch and a broken belt which the Appliance Werks repairman found and quickly fixed. I was also told very valuable preventative maintenance tips and ways to improve the longevity of my dryer so no other issues will arise. I own a business where value is key to improving customer service, getting new customers and increasing customer loyalty so having a knowledgeable repairman is an important and highly appreciated factor to my decision on using Appliance Werks services again. My dryer was purchased used and the price I was charged for the repair of my dryer was amazing and I felt like I was not over charged at all for any work that was completed. In addition the time frame for the service was quick and did not interrupt my day. I would HIGHLY recommend Appliance Werks to anyone and will definitely call upon them again to service any appliance I have.
