Well, this was my first visit to a laundromat and I did not know what to expect. There were NO employees available to help me through the process and there were not step by step signage either. I did knock on the "Employee Only" door just to make sure, but no one opened the door. Fortunately, there were a few other customers around that could help with most of my questions, but no one could answer which dispenser out of 4 to use for detergent, which were labeled Wash l, Wash ll, Liquid Detergent or Bleach, and Softener. What is the difference between Wash l and Wash ll? I was also disappointed in the payment machine, which only took credit cards or bills - NO COINS. If not using a credit card, you had to pay over the amount of using the washing machine since the payment machine did not take coins. As a new customer, this was a bust. Finally, the facility was NOT air conditioned and the building was very hot. I do not recommend Best Wash Laundromats!

The entire back area was smoking & the workers finally came back & said is that smoke & we said yeah they were just looking, went & checked something in the back but wasn't giving an acknowledgement too my clothes. The woman who is normally there on Saturday evenings is always nice and keeps the store running well. It's very clean and reassures you about washing clothes in a public laundry. I visit my mom from Chicago on the weekends several times a year which means I bring my Saturday laundry with me and this is ALWAYS my go to place. I highly recommend Starcrest Cleaners this place ROCKS!!. Happy Yelping!!!
