I have had a few of my husband's suits cleaned at Paris Cleaners, and although everything has been…read morefine in the past, and the prices are okay if you can catch a sale or a coupon, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. AVOID AVOID AVOID this place, unless it is for an item that you don't need quickly and don't care for deeply. I can only assume based on my experience that this company is run by total low-lives, with an incompetent and unprofessional staff (besides Cassidy). Here is my wedding dress story: In April 2013 I dropped my wedding dress off at the South Grand location of Paris Cleaners. I'll first say that Cassidy at that location is very friendly and helpful. The day that I dropped it off was the 20% off everything sale day, so that was great since I would be saving money and paying $160 for my dress cleaning and preservation, as opposed to the normal price of $200. I was told that it would be 6 to 8 weeks before I could go to the Ash location (where the dress was being cleaned) to inspect the dress and bring any additional items to be included in the sealed box. In mid May, I was called to come inspect the dress and it looked pretty good. Some dirt stains remained at the bottom, but I understood that it would be difficult to get the stains out of the delicate lace without destroying it. The staff seemed to be taking good care of the dress, keeping it in a vault and handling it with care. I was told then that they only box dresses up on Saturdays, so they would call me within 1 or 2 weeks to come pick it up. I also was required to pay that day. A couple of weeks went by and I called to check and see if it was finished. I was told that because of the Memorial day holiday, they were behind and would call me "probably next week." Two or 3 more weeks went by and I called again to check. I was first put on hold by an employee named Brittany who informed me when she got back on the phone that "she didn't see my dress back there." Obviously, I was immediately concerned that Paris Cleaners was not as organized as I had previously thought. Next, a manager named Stephanie got on the phone and was also not able to tell me exactly where my dress was (was it boxed up and waiting? was it in the vault?). Stephanie was extremely rude on the phone, telling me in a patronizing tone that "it takes a long time to box dresses up and there are 17 dresses in front [of mine]." By the end of the long, rude and fruitless call, Stephanie was not able to offer any confirmation of the location or status of my dress, but said she would check tomorrow and call me right away. After this very stressful phone call, I checked other reviews of Paris Cleaners and read a story almost identical to mine in which they had a bride's dress for many many weeks and when she finally went to pick it up after complaining several times, there was a mysterious stain on it that wasn't there before. Of course, I became concerned about my own dress, so I called Cassidy at the South Grand location to see if there was someone else I could talk to about this problem. When I called, Cassidy informed me that my dress was actually sitting on the counter at that location, boxed up and ready for pick up. I went to pick it up and it was in fine shape and the box looked very nice. By the way, Manager Stephanie never called me back to confirm that everything was okay and that I received my dress. In fact, when I called the Ash location to leave my comments about my service experience, I was told that I could leave my comments at "officeofpariscleaners.com" which is not a real website. When I asked to speak with the owner, I was told that Shep Franke, "the owner's son," had just stepped out and couldn't be reached (even though I could hear him in the background... seriously). Although everything turned out okay in the end, you can see that Paris Cleaners clearly does not have it together. I'm not sure how their computer system works, or how they track items that are transported back and forth between pick up/drop off locations around town and the central plant on Ash where everything is cleaned, but after this experience, I certainly do not trust whatever system they have (or do not have) in place.

My sister and I played 'dress-up' in our Mother's wedding dress all our young life…read more Finally we decided that we should have it cleaned and preserved to store it. It had never been cleaned, badly stained but we did not care, we just wanted it cleaned. We had Paris Cleaners clean and preserved the dress, when we picked it up, we could not believe our eyes! It was perfect!!! The clerk explained that it was partly due to the fact that the material was made of heavy old fashion satin. We were teary eyed, speechless and so grateful to Paris Cleaners for their professional know how.

DO NOT USE THIS DIRTY PLACE! The washers smell like mold really bad. I dumped a whole big capful of…read morelaundry soap in each little machine which is twice the recommended. And they still smelled dirty when it was finished. I didnt see my clothes soap up at all. I told the nice girl that works there. She called the owner, and he said it needs more soap and not their fault. I had to run them again and it's expensive at $4.50 per smallest load. I came with a full bottle of soap, and now its empty because i dumped 2.5 big capfuls of soap in each load. One load still isnt soaping up much. My family and I are never coming back here to waste our money. Half the dryers and a few washers are out of order too. Find another place that appreciates your business And my clothes still smell dirty after a whole bottle of laundry soap and 2 washes. Their machines are dirty, stinky, and obviously don't even work And then... the dryers even burnt my dryer sheets! My beenie is burnt. And the dryer doors dont even close all the way, just flop around the whole time. And you can see how dirty they are inside through the mesh.. i cant believe i let my clothes roll around in there. If you have any self respect, go somewhere else that will actually clean your clothes. Worst laundry experience I've ever had in there And since I can't comment back, George no I'm never wasting money in there ever again. Sure the floors are clean. But I don't wash my clothes on the floor. Your machines are dirty and stinky and dont dispense the soap on the clothes. I cant even smell the dots i put in there, and i put a huge amount after the first failed wash. The dryers are even dirtier. Im sorry but you havent maintained the equipment. I wish you luck with your business but no my family and i deserve a million times better. Or mark machines that are broken because mine obviously were, and the owner said its because lack of soap lol. Shouldnt need a gallon of soap to do 2 loads unless your machines shouldnt be taking peoples hard earned money. Just spent $25 on 2 loads. And they still stink. And my beenie is burnt along with the dryer sheets.. never seen such a thing. Lets see how much things shrunk. Im going somewhere else. Best of luck, hope you fix your machines and can stay in business

In fact, I told her if I was an inconvenience, I'd go somewhere else. Came back Friday to pick up my cleaning and was missing a shirt.
