i've used them consistently for trips to the airport and for other trips to the city or to brooklyn. They're pretty quick to arrive. Cars are good. Drivers have all been fine. Worst complaint i guess is that once, one of the drivers had his radio music too loud. Otherwise, i highly recommend. read more

For years I've used them and I'll continue to do so. Uber and Lyft suck compared to New Experience. Best car service in queens.

Worst company ever. I call them and they never show up. I end up calling Uber. The lady who picks up the phone is rude as hell and every time I called she hangs up on me or place me on hold read more

This is the worst!!!!!! They use to be a good cab service but now they are horrible. I called and they told me 15 mins I then called back 20 minutes later and the dispatch told me in 5 minutes the driver will be at my pickup location. After 10 minutes I called again and a woman answered the phone and told me to hold then she hung up. I will never use them again. Rude and disrespectful!!!!! I just called back and she told me theres nothing available. That's something she should've been said when I first called instead of having me wait. I asked to speak to the manager and she said sorry no he's busy then hung up. read more

I have used new experience for manyyy manyyy years maybe like 15-20... but wow do they have HORRIBLE service now. If it's not the person on the phone that's incompetent its the longggg wait. My hubby called An Hour ago at 5:45pm today (6/25) & is still waiting for a cab at 6:50pm. All they said was 15 m-20 minutes. Never calling them again. THAT'S RIDICULOUS & UNACCEPTABLE! Definitely loosing long time customers due to their horrible customer service read more

New Experience is exactly what you want in a car service. They have always been on-time regardless of where the pick-up is (Astoria apartment, Manhattan, LGA, JFK, out on LI) and they are very affordable. The drivers are friendly, helpful and communicative when they need to be (you'll have to instigate the idle chit-chat). The cars are always clean and comfortable. They are usually spot on with the AC, so the car is never stifling hot nor teeth rattlingly cold. Good to Know: If you have a wedding out on LI and need a car service to get there, New Experience will drop you off and pick you up without having to pay a driver to sit there the whole time. We paid $120 for the 2 pick-ups vs the $525 ($75/hr) others quoted us. It was like having a designated driver without all the complaining. read more

I love this car service! They are quick, cheap, friendly and know the area well. I live on Roosevelt Island and I use them to get groceries at Costco or to go have brunch in Astoria. They are awesome, strongly recommended! read more

I saved one of their business cards in my wallet from a few months back, they left on my door. I just decided to use them the other day and they are terrible. The driver seems like he just came to this country, barely any English, looking at me like he was going to rob me. He sure did, in price. He overcharged me. He also drove like a madman, honking at almost everything. read more

New experience had Became Long Island city's worst cab service. I don't know why it's so hard to follow a direct instructions on where my location is. maybe if the dispatch was from this country and spoke English maybe it would be easier to communicate with dispatch. And who do y'all think y'all are if dispatch tells me ten min it should be 10min not 20-30 min. read more

Just used these guys about 6 times this weekend as I had to make multiple moves while transporting to and from before and after my wedding. They were great and always there within a few minutes. The prices were fair and the cars were clean and updated/new. I grew up in Astoria/lic and used to use them often except stopped when their prices went up a bit, specifically with airport transfers. But they were great for the local stuff. read more

I could give them just no stars For the treatment the I had today over the phone after waiting 40 min. I order a cap every single day for the past 5 years and I didn't expected to be treated the way I was today! Shame on you guys! Very unprofessional! read more

Horrible customer service. Ordered a minivan with four small boxes and the driver showed up twenty minutes late only to hike up the price by 40 dollars. Called the company back, the guy answering agreed it was too much, put me on hold (while I saw him speak with the driver), take me off hold only to tell me he'll cancel. Horrible company, don't use them. read more

We used to use this car service a lot about a few years ago. However, recently, their service have earned more frustration than anything else. The cab drivers they've sent us are rude and just plain unpleasant. It's been pretty rare when we get a quick driver who is friendly. Definitely done with using them. read more

Very very reliable car service and friendly drivers. Always clean cars, polite drivers and punctual service.

Who bumps the car back & forth before every light? Oh I think I know who it is? New experience driver. Super rude. Apparently didn't "remember" where our destination was & still continued to bump back and forth like a Snoop Dogg video. He even snickered and asked me if I was scared while he continues to do it. Seriously? Smh. NOT a good experience AT ALL!! Oh & they say they're five minutes away, but take 15-20 min to arrive to pick me up. Never calling again. read more

The driver was really nice!!! But we waited for a long time...we were about to take the subway and then they finally told us they arrived so we had to run back... read more

I loathe this cab company - no stars. It starts with the telephone receptionist who at best will snap at you, at worst hang up after 2 words if he can't understand you (to be fair their English is atrocious). Then we get onto pricing which they will only reveal after the car has started moving and after a long conversation with HQ - talk about a captive market. When the price is finally revealed it is invariably at least 10 to 12 dollars more than a typical 20 dollar cab fare lic to midtown east through the tunnel not including fare. When you point all of this out you often get a mouthful abuse. Anyway I'm done - no more. Luckily there are more and more green and yellow cabs in the LIC area. read more

We thank the driver for waiting! We were getting the kids ready when my wife decided to call 5 minutes before we were ready to go. The driver confirmed 3 minute and exactly 3 minutes he politely called us back to let us know that he was at our door step waiting and not to rush that he will wait. 5 stars!!! The price was reasonable and didn't charged us for waiting. Thank you! read more

The rudest people I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I have called them several times and every single time they were absolutely RUDE. I have just called them five times and each time they have picked up and hung up on me. When I asked to speak to their manager, they hung up on me. Needless to say, I will NOT be calling them ever again and WILL NOT recommend to ANYONE. read more

Horrible experience. Do not use this car service!!! New Experience is exteremely sketchy. I used this car service for a quick ride from Long Island City to Midtown East. The drive cost $25, which I thought was reasonable, though sligthly higher than other local car services. The driver picked me up in a minivan that was filthy on the inside. The van had no shocks, so the drive was incredibly bumpy and uncomfortable. When we got to my destination the driver could not provide me with a receipt. He offered me a receipt from a different car service. I actually called New Experience afterwards to confirm that he had worked for them since he represented to me that he had. They confirmed that he was an employee but then asked for a lot of my personal information which I refused to give. I've had much better experiences with other local car services that provide great service, clean towncars, and can provide reciepts at the end. New Experience is a crappy car service, with crappy cars, and crappy customer service. read more

Don't use this service. Unreliable and unprofessional. I was a good customer prior to this and this isn't the first issue with them. I called twice the day before to confirm a 6 am airport pickup and the next morning by 6:20 there was no car and the dispatcher told me he could not get me another one for 20 minutes and then hung up on me when he didn't like my tone with him. Needless to say this place is terrible. I ended up using über which came in 5 minutes. Don't waste your time with this company. read more
