New Era Tree Service went above and beyond what I expected. They came and gave me a very reasonable quote. They were on time and did exactly what I had hired them for. They sent the boom truck and three workers and they were very conscientious. They had to go into a very tight space and do a tree that was actually sitting almost up against my house and was way up in the air and they had no problem. Nothing of mine was damaged. I had a very heavy trailer sitting out there, and we had already moved it, but it wasn't out of the danger zone enough and they moved it themselves. What was extra amazing, was that they cleaned up everything afterwards! They even used a blower on my roof to get all the leaves and the little tiny pieces off. I will 100% be using them again in the future. Note: they used sealant on each of my giant limbs that they had to cut, the dead limbs, because the gentleman that gave the quote said they didn't want any insects to get in there. I wouldn't have even thought of that. I have definitely saved their number in my phone because I plan on having them come out in the fall to send that very same tree for me. read more

I needed to have a tree removed that was extending into my neighbors yard and causing damage. I called for a quote- they were very responsive, came out right away and quoted me a fair price. They got me on the books quickly. They just finished the work today and can I just say they did a fantastic job. They trimmed a huge tree in the front, 2 trees in the back, removed a tree and the roots in the back, removed the roots in my neighbors yard and grinded a stump from a prior tree removal (not done by them). They left the front and back yard clean when they left. You can not even tell there was a tree in the back where they removed it. They were very kind and communicated with me every step of the way. Contacted Luis from his website...I think after I submitted my information Luis called me within an hour. Asked if I was home and if he could stop by for the estimate in the next 30 mins. He showed up within the 30 mins we discussed what I wanted done and what I was looking for (tree removal) & told me how much it would cost. He was going to email the invoice and we scheduled the appointment. The guys showed up early, were quick and professional. When they were done they even had me double check my sprinklers to make sure nothing was damaged, I really appreciated that. I booked NETS a few months in advance, I actually forgot they were coming until I saw them on my camera trimming my tree. I looked back on my text and realized they showed up exactly when they said they were going to. They did an amazing job, I will definitely be using them again. I called New Era to have a sego palm stump removed from my yard. They showed up for a quote within 30 minutes of my call and offered to have it removed within a few days.
