Also, an Ash tree in front of the house (again planted too close to home). Advanced Tree Care showed up on time for bid, showed up on time to do the work. They had to rope down the trees carefully because they were over the roof. They ground out the stumps, looks great and no more worries on windy days. I asked them to cut the ash tree back hard, and tighten it up because I wasn't ready to cut it down yet and am hoping to keep it managed with regular trims. They did a nice job lacing it out. I sent pics to an arborist friend of mine in Tahoe and they said the tree will leaf in nicely. Great price, prompt. Good clean up. Would recommend and will use again.

They cut down the tree and trimmed the other but said they would come back to remove the root. They never did, when I would call to follow-up, I got lots of excuses, the lady who said she was co-owner said she would call me back in 1 hour, she never did. I tried calling back on two other separate days and got the same excuses, promise to call back, then nothing. Unreliable and flaky service. Once they got paid, never bothered to come back and finish the job. Will not be recommending this company to neighbors.

The company arrived within the designated time. Cindy spoke to me with clarity. I told her what I wanted trimmed. The final result was impressive. See pictures. I highly recommend this company for your tree service.

Yesterday our neighbors contracted this company to trim and clean their palm trees. In the process,…read moretheir employees continuously and carelessly dropped trimmed palm fronds on our flowerbeds rather than taking a few more seconds to drop them into their adjacent waiting truck. This broke and trampled many of our plants. When contacted regarding the damage, the owner came out to inspect and agreed there was damage to the plants but was unwilling to compensate for any of it. Instead he then instructed his workers to "protect" the plants further by putting a ladder over the plants that were in danger, while in the process further crushing these plants. Their "cleanup" still left all kinds of palm shrapnel in our beds and on our lawn, which should never have been there to begin with. Be aware that this company is only interested in doing jobs in the fastest manner possible and that your landscaping and your neighbors landscaping are in the line of fire. This company will also not take any responsibility for their carelessness other than a hollow apology.
