We have been looking for new countertops for 2+ years and never found anything that we loved. We…read moreran across Precision Countertops and decided to stop in and just look. We met Chad and he was so helpful. He explained the pros and cons of each material and left us to look at samples. He brought us a drawer from his cabinet, which was close to our kitchen cabinets, so we could see how the countertop would look. We found exactly what we were looking for, and right there, Chad entered our dimensions and provided an estimate. He let us borrow the sample so we could see it in our home and match a tile backsplash. Chad thoroughly explained the process from order to install. We were assigned a project manager who communicated every step of the way and the process went very quickly and very smoothly. Chad steered us in a direction for vendors to complete our kitchen redo. Upon install we discovered that our sink, purchased from Precision as well, was missing the drain accessories and our plumber was coming the next day to connect everything. I texted Chad, after 5 pm, and he was at my door early the next morning with the parts we needed. What service!!! We are very happy with our end result and know we made the right decision on trusting Chad and Precision Countertops with our kitchen/fireplace makeover.

The installers gouged the door on my refrigerator, installed one piece of granite backwards, almost destroyed my cabinets and cracked another piece of granite three times. Don't go to Home Depot for granite countertop and esp. don't hire Precision Countertops.

Both bathrooms also had new tile floor installed. The master bath now has a fully tiled shower with swing doors, bench and linear drain. The floor and shower tile are the same, making the look clean and making the room look so much larger. Jerid handled our project. His response time to questions was very quick. Chris Nelson has an excellent team and all workers on the project were diligent and very professional. Kudos to Chris Nelson and his team! We will certainly do business with you again and recommend you to others.

Employees are incentivized to over-order stone slabs from customers or to cut less than the amount paid for without disclosure. Staff receive a $100 bonus for each unused slab -- material that should rightfully be returned to the customer but is instead resold for the company's profit. Customers should be aware of these practices and carefully verify their orders and remaining materials upon project completion. This company is terrible and could never measure one counter top right we have cut inside peoples homes and not told them while dust coats the inside as instructed by the owner Chris Nelson please read all reviews before choosing this company there are much better stone shops in bend Oregon

I initially visited and did research for carpeting brands/styles and color. I was up north and visited the Clackamas store for a greater selection of wood products to try and match existing wood floor surfaces. Because of the distance, waiting for samples and other things there just was not good progress made and I needed to move in within 30 days. The other day I was about to lose my mind as over two weeks had gone by without a viable solution. So, I switched strategy to replace all the wood instead of matching. I called the store and Kathy answered. When I explained my plight, she said "come in tomorrow and I will help you". I didn't know that the store here could work with getting materials where I needed them up north. Anyway, I spent 3 or more hours with Kathy. At the end and thru several fits and starts (out of stock items-namely), I walked out with my materials ordered and in progress. YAY! But, wait! I started having panic attacks about the product ordered and wanted to try to order something else. I called her the next morning, early, and asked if it could be done! She said "it looks like it, let me check and I will call you back". Lo and behold, I am now receiving my new, preferred wood option and am a happy camper! Kathy deserves all my gratitude as I tried to navigate a solution which seemed impossible (and stressful). She was extremely patient with a novice at flooring and helped keep me calm. Please give her my thanks!
