Great the best egg fu young. Very pleased with all food purchased here. Not much ambiance but really good food. Lots of it.

The, hands down, absolute WORST 'Chinese' food I have EVER had. Previous reviews said nothing but good things, but it ain't no more. No flavor, asked for soy sauce, they were out, c'mon, it is a Chinese restaurant, horrible service and while we were waiting for our order the cook/ dude was hocking up loogies, f'n gross. On that note, best a luck to 'em read more

Worst Chinese food I have ever had!!!! I should haveread the reviews first. Ordered fried rice , got yellow rice. The sauce on the cashew chicken was horrible!!! Charged me 13.95 got home and no soup or egg roll!!!! Horrible!!!! read more

With only 2 Chinese food places in Neenah that deliver, this one was the better of the 2. It has gone way downhill since they first opened. We ordered for delivery and were told 45 minute. An hour and a half later I called to ask about our order and was told that the driver had just left the store. I said if it wasn't there in 5 minute I will call back to cancel my order. The lady on the phone with me was very rude and said "well I can't help you". When it finally arrived my lo mien container was only 3/4 full, my husbands dish only had 5 pieces of chicken in it with LOTS of celery, and 2 of our crab rangoon's had no filling inside. The only reason I gave them 2 stars rather than 1 was because at least the food wasn't cold. I mean it wasn't pipping hot either but at least I didn't have to microwave it. If you do decide to order from here (I won't be ever again) listen to the other reviewer that said if your food doesn't arrive in the time you were told, call and cancel your order. read more

Food is delicious, and always ready very quickly! The staff is always friendly too, and it's neat to see someone playing the violin in the lobby. read more

Probably some of the worst Chinese food that I have gotten in my life. Will never return. Service was awful as they actually threw my food at me onto the counter in front of me. read more

I ordered online for pickup, and it was ready very quickly. However, on that online order, I had requested 2 things: chopsticks and hot mustard. I received neither one, but there were several packets of soy and duck sauces. I also ordered the barbecued rib appetizer, which was listed as boneless. I don't know why they are called ribs, because I received a container full of thin strips, about 1 " x 2", of pork in the red bbq sauce. It was a lot of meat, but nothing like traditional ribs. If I am in that neighborhood again, I might give them another try. Otherwise, nothing special. read more

I don't recommend the Crab Rangoon. Barely any filling consistently. Kung Pao Chicken was bland and not terribly spicy. General Zho's Chicken is spot on and very delicious. Still our go-to Chinese carry out as it's close to our house. read more

Super fast lunch specials that beat out other Chinese food places in the area. Crispy chicken and your choice of white or fried rice and an egg roll for lunch. Under $6 read more

New Dynasty - Small dine-in, nor frills - Chinese Near Me - Neenah, Wisconsin

In the past we have had good experiences with this restaurant. This time, not so much. I ordered dinner and was told it would be to our house in 40-45 minutes. An hour later I called asking where the order was and was told "it was on its way, what more did I want?" Followed by "things come up". No apology. Just a rude, short, snotty answer. We will be going somewhere else from now on. read more

Excellent customer service, speedy delivery and great food at a reasonable price. Will definitely order from them again.

This place is absolute GARBAGE!!! It took over two hours for them to deliver our food. When we called to ask, they said "the food was already out for delivery", but it still took well over an hour after that! The person on the phone was rude and didn't care at all. He seemed to think it was our fault for being so stupid as to order food from them. The delivery person didn't care that it took so long, and actually seemed to want a parade that the food got to the destination as day. Once the food was finally delivered it was terrible. Was not hot anymore. There was almost no chicken in the meals at all. The sauce was terrible. It was supposed to be spicy, but was so far below mild. It seems that they did not use any spice or seasoning in the cooking at all. Without question the worst chinese food I have ever ordered and with the worst service! read more

First time ordering their food and they replied yes to delivery to Menasha. They said it would take an hour. 1 hour 20minutes later, we called to see where our order is at. The boy we talked to said they only had two drivers that night but were currently out and one was gone for two hours. We asked why the one who had just left did not take our orders with him, the boy did not know. We asked how long it was going to take, he did not know. We repeated the address, they had it down wrong. We wanted to cancel our order and asked for the manager, he said he will call us back. 25 minutes later, the boy called us back saying the owner is on her way. Owner called us asking for our address TWICE, she said she will be at our place in about 2 minutes; we told her if she is not at our place in 15 minutes, we threatened to cancel our order. 20 minutes later, she arrived and apologized while going into details about her drivers, the amount of orders they had, and excuses about her trying to find our place. We asked if she was the owner, we could tell she was about to lie because she didn't want to face the repercussions. We tried (keyword: TRIED) to tell her that she should have called us ahead of time that our order is later, she dared interrupt us to explain the story of her delivery boys. We tried to tell her we are very upset, she interrupted us by going into a 5-minute story about how busy her night was. We tried to tell her that she should have done a better job, she interrupted us to tell us that she's sorry and proceeds to write us a check for $5 (yes, $5). We told her we don't want the check and we told her we will never order from her again. Overall, terrible first impression and she didn't seem to care about customer service or take in our advice at all. She continued to interrupt us when we tried to tell her that this is terrible business. Obviously by the time the food got to us, it was cold. The food in general taste okay. Was not worth the 2 hour wait though. I recommend if they don't come at the time they promised, do yourself a favor and just cancel. You don't want an inconsiderate owner making excuses, obviously not giving a rat's ass about what you have to say. read more

Excellent food! Order always correct & hot, but can be difficult placing order. Passed to three different people to place this time.

These people will screw up your order and not take responsibility. We waited over an hour for our food, and had to call. They could not find the order but they had charged us. Upon calling the woman on the phone became hysterical, yelling and calling us liars. NEVER AGAIN! Worst business to deal with! read more

I've gotten delivery from here twice & it always has arrived scorching hot & super fast. The fried donuts are a must. I love the beef lo mein & the Mongolian beef. read more

Ordered the sweet and sour chicken lunch special...it was ready in under 10 minutes, and was hot a fresh. Decent sized portion for under $6. The pork fried rice and spring roll were both really good. read more

We were very disappointed in the food! We ordered 4 different lunch specials - from basic to spicy. Each meal tasted the same, like oil & cardboard. I have never seen fried rice that was a neon orange color with very little veggies & pork in it. Egg rolls lacked filling, and like the meals, tasted like oil & cardboard. You could not use enough soy sauce to add flavor. Will not be ordering here again. On the upside......good efficient service....not enough to bring me back though. read more

I love love love this place for takeout! Their delivery time is generally a little quicker than they estimate and the food comes hot. My boyfriend and I like to get the lo mein noodles with a side order of crab rangoons. He typically gets a large lo mein with meat added, but it's a lot of food and would be too much for me. I will get the vegetable lo mein in regular size and it's just enough to fill me up and still have room for the rangoons. I'd say get a large if you're a big eater or like leftovers. Lastly, I will advise you not to order takeout online... once I did this and waited roughly 2 hours for my food because the order didn't print through in the store. I ended up calling after 1 hour and the cashier was very apologetic in explaining what happened. All in all, good food at a fair price, just don't trust the online ordering system and call in your orders instead! read more

Best Kung Pao Chicken in the fox valley! Fresh veggies, plus they can be faster than Mcdonalds. I'm addicted! The only reason they didn't get 5 stars from me is because they need to get a larger dining area. With their food and service I'm sure they will expand quickly. read more

I'm pretty picky about Chinese. They are very good here, but perhaps the best part is their delivery service! We ordered later on a Friday night to top it off ( busy night for delivery, I know) & they were super nice about it! Seriously some of the BEST customer service I have ever had! Thank you!!! read more
