Two weeks ago, Drew told us he had come by, determined that the lights needed to be replaced, and said he would return to make the repairs. Once again, no one came. When we followed up, he asked us how many strands were out, which was confusing if the lights had already been inspected. As of today, the issue remains unresolved despite months of follow-up. What began as a simple warranty or customer service request in May has turned into months of frustration. I believe a company's true character is shown not when everything goes smoothly, but in how they respond when problems arise. They then helped me wrap the coach as I was taking it to Oxford MS with the possibility of rain. Caleb and Bud took extra precautions to make sure we had the tarps wrapped right then loaded the wrapped coach into the pickup. The coach did not fit within the bed, extended onto the tailgate so they used several tie downs to secure the load vertically and horizontally. The coach did not move at all on the drive plus there was no loose trap flapping during the drive. Both young men were very efficient, courteous, and professional. Definitely will hire them again.
