First time eating here I ordered a 10piece lemon pepper and fries it was okay the wings are a nice size just wish they offered more wing flavors. I also ordered chicken Lo mien it was alright and a 10 pc teriyaki wings those were so good. I will return for some wings n fries for sure. Customer Service is Terrible & Food is lack luster , I haven't gotten into any argument or anyThing like that, I've just sat here for 30+ mins waiting on 1 order and just listening how they treat their new customers and employees , it's almost as they at you (the customer) for asking questions . This spot has the worst customer service that I've experienced in a while. Got the lunch wing special and to my surprise it does not come with any ranch or blue cheese, which is not stated. Who really eats wings without dipping sauce??!! When asked, the rude cashier was like 50 cents, I'm like it's wings? She said you get a drink... How does that even equate?? Then she had the nerve to say, no one else complains.. If that's the case, You should get yours money's worth and never order their lunch special, just get the 8 pc wing basket that comes with dressing and skip the drink and just drink some water instead, which is healthier! Yet, personally how she handled that situation and no advertisement that states dressing extra $, I will NEVER patronize that business ever again and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone!! Sooo, please find another Chinese food restaurant, which it is one down the street in the Kroger plaza or next to the farmer's market that has decent food but my husband wanted to give them a chance but NEVER AGAIN!! read more

Always go to New China Wings, basically a regular Sunday Family meal !! They have a 30 & 50 wing family special so it's convenient and taste great. Rice is always on point, and their wingss are as well. The customer service is great, the people there are very friendly and talkative in my perspective. I recommend! read more

I use to go here years ago and finally decide to visit again for old times sake. Bad decision...fried rice that I use to eat with eagerness is replaced still uncooked, bland rice...I mean who messed up fried rice??!! This has to be my girlfriends fav chicken spot on her side of town. She goes here often so much they know her by name. Well today she ordered her usual all flats rice and a chicken philly. We are headed out of town and she wanted her usual .. bad idea today.. not only was the chicken soggy not like usual where it is crispy but not burnt but they also forgot the chicken philly and the wings are mainly drums when we ordered all flats.. so to make a long story short we turned around to get what we ordered gave them the chicken back and all they did was recook the chicken we returned and charged me 7.00 for a philly they forgot.. didnt offer a drink for the troubles or anything else....to add fuel to the fire the chicken was still soggy.. we will not be back there not ever again.... read more

We've been coming here for years to get mainly one thing, the lunch special. Simply an order of fried rice and chicken wings, but man oh man this used to be the stuff in my youth. The use turkey instead of pork in the rice - Win! The wings we always enjoy are the braised, which sort of a sweet and spicy with a tolerable tang. Also, back to the rice, I like that they put pepper in it for seasoning other than the usual mix. read more
