The front desk offered us bottled water when we checked in but there's also some lemon water at a self-service station. They placed us in the same room so that we could chat during the massages if we would like. They ask that you strip down to your underwear and knock to make sure you're ready and under the blanket before they come in. There was a good variety of massage lengths you could choose from. We did a 45 minute massage this time, but I'd like to do a longer massage whenever we return as it didn't feel like there was enough time/focus on certain parts of the body. The feet was just a quick two pounds of their fist, which didn't really do much for us. I had CeCe and my mother-in-law had KiKi. Overall, the massage was nice. They used oil and a combination of their hands and elbows. The pressure started off too light for me, so I asked her to go harder. She noted she was afraid to go too hard, so I told her not to be. Recovery was truly horrific, I had to seek burn treatment from a dermatologist and in total it took me 1.5 years to recover from this experience. Linda, the technician/owner, was the rudest person I have ever dealt with, and my traumatic experience with their customer service only adds insult to injury. I went back to the spa for a refund, but was told that the damage was normal reaction of my skin despite it being a very clear case of the technician using a temperature too high. I could only get store credit despite me making multiple trips to show them the damage that had been done to my face. The last thing I wanted to do was to purchase any more services from that spa, so with my remaining THOUSAND DOLLAR credit, I purchased several products. When I placed my order, they told me it would take 2 weeks to arrive. It has now been SIX MONTHS and my calls/messages to see if there are any updates with my order are now just going to nowhere. Many women like me seek facial laser treatment to look their best and to have a relaxing, worry-free spa experience. I implore you to PLEASE, PLEASE not give this spa any of your business. These were the things that I've noted and remembered: PROS - ladies that were servicing were really nice and courteous - took in last minute appointments - service was done professionally - no pain from any of the services - usually I experience some pain with nail buffering and the UV light heating, I didn't experience that here - despite the fact that the esthetician didn't know how to do the "marble effect" she attempted it until it was up to what I wanted - the gradient of the white was used with a professional spray to have a really flawless effect, not hand drawn so I appreciated that - they provided a complimentary hand and arm massage along and applied lotion at the end CONS - the lasted me three weeks vs the usual four weeks that I get, but I do understand, I'm not exactly the most delicate with my nails and hands - one of the esthetician was new at the job so she was much slower, but quality wasn't compromised - pricing maybe a little more than your typical nail salons - salon looks a little run down, more humbling decor Overall, this was a really nice experience, definitely, if you have time, go to this place, they do offer really good quality customer service and will get the job to the best of their abilities.

They also have some non-beauty related products like plushies. Some of these looked like they were Disney Japan exclusives. I also saw an interesting posture helping plushies from Liveheart. When you're sitting at a desk, the plushie sits on your lap and prevents you from hunching over close to your screen. They even have structured arms that you can put your arms on top to prevent them from dangling. These were also Disney with Lotso and Baymax options! If you're a K-Pop fan, they carried BT21 care products like under-eye masks and lip balms. I also saw a lot of hair dyes that featured artists like Blackpink.

When I asked for harder she went from gliding to literally pounding. She complained that "I'm not strong". At this point I was ready to leave and then she asked me to turn over. Here she says that she pays for the room and that she wants a $20 "tip" (the $20 I was supposed to get in change). She tells me she will give me pleasure for the $20, or not, either way she was keeping the $20. I declined. I was sore and came for pain, not a handy. Then she became abusive and tried to talk me up for more money. She said "I want you happy" so I said, give me my money back. At this point I was so mad I just got up and left. So if you want a handy from a random woman then this is a place you can go to. Be prepared to be robbed though.
