But when they last came out to fix a sprinkler head that was popped up they didn't run a full diagnostic on my entire system and wanted to charge me another labor fee of $175 / hour. I got a "discount" at $125 / hour because the technician was there for 14 minutes (by my ring doorbell calculations) but the "owner" went back and forth with me on the minutes of which he said the service took place. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone and I am telling all the people who referred me to switch companies. Bad business.

Since we moved here, we had hired multiple people to mow the lawn, but the weeds were out of control and we were having pest issues. From the start, Rod has been extremely helpful in diagnosing the problems with our lawn and following through with the treatments. Great communication, so many other lawn mowers we've had in the past have basically ghosted us. With Rod and his team, we are not only knowing when the lawn will be mowed but he is also keeping track of the weeds, pests, and fungi. Our weeds are not yet gone, but it seems like the pests are, based on the way the grass is growing in. Rod continues to help spray the weeds and keep an eye on them as he comes for our biweekly mowing. The lawn is looking healthier than when we moved in! WOW, did I have few bad experiences in my life, this one is most deferentially is among them. First…read moreoff they hardly return messages but finally a lady called me back and said she was going to schedule an appointment. It took over a month and three more phone calls to finally make it happen. The reason for my call was a concern for a few sprinkler heads that looked damaged and did not perform well. I received an invoice with a completely different pricing from what that lady explained prior to the visit. Worst part however was not an invoice but the fact that I still saw the same heads misbehaving the way they did before the visit, and on top of it my controller was all messed up. So I called and asked what does "replace 1 valve" means if the system did not work any different and what am I to do with my controller. The answer I received is something out of the Guinness book of record. "You controller was probably shortened by a lightning, and if you question your bill you are not a good fit for us, I will take $45 , pay it and please call someone else". Taken a back I kept my calm and asked about that lightning "What lightning? I cam home about 45 min after your tech left and there was no rain?" The response was about the same "It happens and lightning hit controllers (mine is inside the garage), but you must give my money". At this point feeling like a complete idiot I politely told the lady that I do not need $45 off, I am perfectly capable of paying my bills but I would like to know what am I paying for and what am I to do with my controller, so may I speak to a technician who did the job. Rather abrupt 'no" was all I got followed by another request to pay. I finally felt like someone who is taken for a ride, so I said that I will not be paying until I speak to a tech.
