If you use the group on, don't even think about saving money. You'll get the 15 dollar fee for, I couldn't even tell you. Neither could they! Booked a private charter with 10 friends and we were absolutely blessed to get Captain Mike and his son who is also a captain! They were friendly, patient, knowledgeable and efficient. We started catching fish on our first drop and ended up catching our limit! I have gone out a few times on there open boat. On this pass Saturday of May 25, 2024 by far was the worst experience for me. We made it a family day and bring the kids out, before the boat even left and the Capt was checking people in and collecting payment. The smell of marijuanna was so thick b/4 8am. Bringing it up the Capt really was a waist of time. He only offered up excuses why he couldn't say anything. The over crowding on this trip was un real. Some people didn't even have a spot to fish. Pre-paying to secure your spot is useless, whom ever is on already is who stay. If I prepay my spot should be secure first over those paying during boarding. It's not my company just my opinion. If you can get enough family and friends together rent one of the smaller private boats. I'm going back to doing that. read more

I had a blast on this boat. Everyone, from the captain, mates and all the people on boat were just amazing! Could not have asked for a better trip ! Scheduled the trip a month in advance. Capt nick checked in with me a week before and plotted a trip for striped bass ! Our party was 13 and we arrived at the boat at 5am. Brought hero's and bagels for the whole boat and crew and we were off to raritan bay to look for stripers. Capt nick and mate James did not disappoint. Found 35 pound bass in the first 10 mins of trolling , caught four ( oversized fish so we could not keep , over 35 inches ) and Capt said " we need to find keepers "! So on the hunt we went , quick 30 min run and lines back in , and it was troll and caught for the next 5 hours. Some keepers and some overs. Everyone went home with fillets and we couldn't ask for a better charter. Hats off to James and Capt Nick , class act operation. We going again ! read more

First of all, you have to walk a quartermile from your car to the boat. I reserved my ticket online and was not aware I would be on a small boat not to mention when the boat went out for three hours straight before the first drop and caught absolutely no fish when we were returning we stopped several times and still caught absolutely no fish. Thought this past Saturday I would take a fishing excursion on the Never Enuff III party boat. I wound up getting there really early and the mate at the front entrance gate told me that you're one the first ones here and to get a good spot on the back of the boat. So I took a spot on the back of the boat and and moved one of the poles that was placed by three other people that was on the boat holding it for family and friends that was coming to the boat later that morning. It's supposed to be a first come first serve basis. 25 minutes later a group came on the boat and said that I had taken his spot and to move out of his spot and go somewhere else and set up. He was threatening and condescending. It took all kinds of restraint to keep me from causing him harm. Finally the captain showed up and made a business decision to side with the eight passengers at $80.00 a head instead of evaluation the confusion completely and finding a amicable solution. I left the boat because at that point I couldn't even begin to enjoy a nice day out on the water catching fish. I honestly believe there was a better answer to the problem, but they seemed to be more concerned about the business aspect instead of doing what's right. They have lost my respect and my future business. Beware of the shenanigans that go on on this party boat. read more

Went on Never Enuff Express fishing today.Weather was beautiful, and the tides were gentle. We had a party of 6, including Capt. Mike and his partner Nick. Both were very professional and helpful. This is the first charter we had leaving out of Flushing Pier. Normally we leave out of Long Island or from Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn. I didn't catch a lot of Porgies but as a group we did pretty well. This will definitely save us a lot of time on traveling the next time we plan a fishing trip. I rarely leave reviews but I was so pleased by this trip last week, I had to! Went on Yom Kippur day off from school. My son so much wanted to fish for his birthday. He caught the first fish of the boat! My daughter caught more than all of us. We left with over 40 porgies! Everyone on the boat had a great time. Keller, first mate, was so wonderful with the kids. I have fished on this boat three times. Crew members have been pleasant in the past. However, the last time I was on, the Captain was explicitly body shaming a prior client and openly yelling culturally aggressive statements. These comments were not only inappropriate but also disrespectful to minorities. Bait and switch. These people post pictures of their charters and lead open boat fisherman to belive the pictures were from there. Fisherman beware. If you want to be treated like a trash fish and left out in the sun to rot. Sail with Never Enuff Fishing. I was out 4/23/17 no fish, their charger was busting on stiped bass a few miles away. We sat for 3 1/2 hours with nothing. They dident want to sail too far, fuel is expensive after all and your $65 is not worth what it used to be. We then moved again for hours with no fish and then back to port. Later that day they post pictures from the charter with lots of fish. Spit in the face. Never again fishing with them. read more

Didn't have a terrible experience with "Never Enuff" but wouldn't go again. Most of the hours were spent sailing out to the fishing area and back and only a couple hours of actual fishing. Signs everywhere pushing 20% gratuity... Our particular boat had no where to wash hands and pretty poor excuse for a bathroom but what do you expect Crew was good however, they were helpful and made sure we were taken care of. read more

I guess we got lucky and Mother Nature was generous for our fishing trip on 4/24/17 - I went with the hubby and his friends. We caught a whopping 17 striped bass, and all were giants! Barely 10 min into us starting to fish and we got 2 bites already. Throughout the rest of our trip the fish just kept biting and maybe we need to workout but our muscles were so sore from fighting these big bass that it got to the point where we started dreading the captain saying "fish on!" LOL~ Boat had nice heated cabin with interior seats and seats outside too. The only downside was that the route to get to the fishing area took 2 hours, but that's probably what's needed to get to where the big fish swim. FYI: We went all the way out to open ocean so en route we passed by the Statue of Liberty! read more
