In addition, they send an email to me referring to me with the incorrect name and refer to the same issue a couple times, and wish me luck on this cash loss. In addition, I've tried calling into this place multiple times to help answer questions I had and kept getting pushed around by different people who answered. They tell me they'll give me a callback and for a whole month of waiting, with no response each time and having to repeat myself each time I called. It's incredibly annoying to deal with these guys and when I drop off my check in person, I just wait until one of the guys takes it and tells me they're good and I walk away without chatting them at all by playing music in my earbuds because I'm done with them.

Very unprofessional, very rude, very lazy. I seriously think that they may be lack of the credentials to operate.
