BEFORE the new stairs
Allison J.

I am so thrilled with my new stairs. The final product is so good and to witness this come together was really fascinating. It started with Tina meeting with me and showing me some different ideas and color swatches. Then, when the work began, NV Stairs had a couple of guys demolish the pony wall in the loft on the second floor and the old stair railing. This took about 2 days. Then Alex came to build the new stairs. He was absolutely fantastic. He had it done within 3 1/2 days. He showed up on time every morning and worked all day with few breaks. I'd say he put in about 10 hour days too. He was a man of few words and he set up shop in my garage. I watched the precision of the cuts he made and the holes he drilled. The workmanship was fantastic. A friend/ handyman I work with happened to be at my house one day and he stood and watched equally impressed with what I was seeing. This was as epic a change to the house as remodeling the kitchen. This was money well-spent and I'm happy to recommend this company.

I was very pleased by the service & the installation on our stair railing. Alan was on time & was really fast with doing the measurements & got the proposal the same day. I told him I wanted something very simple & he was able to work with my budget. Tina, the GM, came by a few days later and gave me some options that I had for the design of the stair railing. She also went through the paper work with me for me to sign. And she gave my boys some wooden cars that is made for a non-profit organization that NV Stairs donates to. It was very kind! Our installer and finisher did an amazing job on the stair railing. I'm very happy with it & now feel safe with a railing on our stair well. I will be recommending NV stairs to anyone who needs this kind of work in their home!

Bought our house in Las Vegas back in 1999. It was newly built so we are the first and only owners of the house. Needless to say it was time to renovate the staircase. Nevada Stairs did an excellent job from beginning to end. I pretty much knew what I wanted my stairs to look like, Nevada Stairs made it a reality. Alan and Tina took the time to guide me through the process. Alan explained and educated on the different woods available for example maple, cherry, oak. Tina helped me choose the correct color stain and what each stain would look like on what wood. They explained to me what was going to be done and how it was going to be done. The construction person did a great job cleaning up everyday before he left. He also answered any questions we had during the process. My new staircase took 4 days to complete and I could not be more satisfied. My staircase turned out gorgeous. It gives my house a totally new look, it's like a model home. Thank you Nevada Stairs!!

I ordered some stairs and railing for my new home building in lake Las Vegas. This company was professional, friendly aNd on the ball. I was so impressed by the way the guy put these together with such precision. Would not hesitate to use them again

I personally went to Nevada Stairs's Henderson office early September and lucky enough to speak with the owner, Mr. Peter K, who suggested to email the company some photos and a short description of what I wanted done. Did as I was told as I got home. Nevada Stairs is a local company, by the way. There was a little glitch with my interaction with Nevada Stairs after meeting the owner. The photos and the walkthrough/estimate request never made it to them due to some internal email problems. After not getting any response for a more than a week, I resent my request to 3 different people in the company before I got a response. Tina M. reached out to me and scheduled the walkthrough with Allen M. Choosing Nevada Stairs over 2 other valley stair companies who did their walkthroughs and submitted their bids was a no brainer. Of the 3 bids I received, Nevada Stairs initially had the highest bid but I just felt in my guts to go with them, no buts, no ifs. After receiving their initial estimate/bid, everything went smoothly except for few phone tags with Tina. Tina even took the time to come to my place of work to show the swatches and for contract signing. She was very knowledgeable, super patient and considerate and made sure that I fully understood everything that she covered and discussed, and that everything was going to be done according to my liking and standards. She and Brianne (the company scheduler) scheduled the installation around my availability and work schedule. I met the installer, Alex, the night prior to the actual day of the pony wall demolition to drop off his tools . He neatly organized his work tools and staged his work area in the garage. Alex, a small-framed spectacled very soft-spoken man was very friendly, courteous and respectful. Alex is beyond superb! The first thing he did was literally covered and protected all possible areas where he thought dust and debris would fall. Very professional and an expert in what he does. I so admire his work ethics and dedication. Without a doubt a very hardworking man, he never stopped working from the time he showed up in the morning until he left almost early evening, with NO breaks! (On his last day, he worked continuously from 8am until 10pm! ) I honestly, and understandably, got worried: the man never took breaks - - didn't drink, didn't eat the whole time. For someone who weighs less than a buck, he did all the work ALL by himself (from tearing down two pony walls to complete installation of the stairs). He's a master crafter! He must've been a Swiss watchmaker/clockmaker in his previous life. He worked quietly and meticulously. Focused and methodical. A very practical man, he resourcefully fixed possible problems and issues that could've delayed or paused his momentum. He found ways and solutions. He made sure everything was cleaned up prior to him leaving. Above all, a very trustworthy man. I can't run out of superlatives to say about this man's expertise, work ethics and professionalism. Bal'shoye spasiba, Aleks. Nevada Stairs is so damn lucky to have you! The re-finisher, Rich, showed up the following day around noon unexpectedly. Unaware of him coming, he said he was scheduled to do the re-finishing. He went straight to work - - fast and efficient. Another quality craftsmen from the company. 4 days after, the finished product and my stairs' transformation were way beyond my expectation. It opened up my hallway and the stairway and made it look bigger and more spacious and in effect, changed my house's character. Nevada Stairs so deserves all the-5 star Yelp reviews and accolades. For their quality of work, outstanding craftsmen and customer service, I'd give them a 10 easily. I highly recommend them! Mahalo nui loa, Nevada Stairs!

Modern stair railings - love LOVE love!

Oh my gosh these stairs changed the entire look of our home! We had old spindle style stair rails and got them replaced with sleek white modern railings with metal bars. They're amazing! Allen and team was sooo quick with the install and offered a great price. Beautiful!

I found Nevada Stairs by looking on the internet and I got very lucky! If there was an option of scoring higher, I would give it! Their team is very professional and very knowledgeable. Allen, was the first person we met who came to our home and gave us the quote. He was awesome at communicating and getting back with us on the same day. Jeff, came out to take measurements and get the ball rolling, he is a really nice guy! Alex, was our installer and he did an amazing job at removing our old spindle railing, and installing our new railing. He is a very hard worker, well organized, and he did an excellent job! My husband and I enjoyed having him in our home. We worked with Tina on the design part and she had explained everything to me so I understood the entire process. The day Alex started the install I was not home until that afternoon, when I saw the color of the railing it was not what I was hoping for. They immediately called to talk to me about my options. We agreed to have Alex continue the install and they would have one of their finishers redo it in my home, at no extra charge. Their dispatcher was also very good at communicating and sent me Peter, and his son Josh to do the new finish. They did an exceptional job on prepping my home so everything was protected. Peter communicated with me to make sure he understood what I wanted. I LOVE the color he redid for me!! I am a very happy customer!!!!! Nevada Stairs Rocks!

This was easily a 5-star experience, both in quality of work and overall customer service. One of the things that impressed us immediately was communication. A group chat was created on day one, and the team stayed in constant contact throughout the entire project. We always knew what was happening, what to expect next, and any questions we had were answered quickly. The speed and efficiency were equally impressive. Roye originally quoted us 3-4 weeks for completion, and the project was fully completed in just 2 weeks without sacrificing quality. That level of execution and organization really stood out. Most importantly, we could not be happier with how our shower turned out. The tile work looks fantastic, and the added shampoo niche and corner bench completely elevated the space. Professionalism across the board was exceptional. Everyone involved was respectful, friendly, punctual, and clearly took pride in their work. The team also did a great job protecting our home throughout the construction process, which we appreciated. Special thanks to Candace, our designer, for helping guide us through tile and hardware selections. Her input made a huge difference. Cisco, our Project Manager, was incredibly responsive, communicative, and genuinely pleasant to work with throughout the process. Roye was regularly on-site inspecting work and checking in, which gave us a lot of confidence that things were being handled properly. We really appreciated how diligently and efficiently everything was managed from beginning to end. We are extremely happy with the final result and would absolutely hire Jerezee Construction again for future projects in our home.

We hired Jerezee Construction to remodel our three bathrooms because they were the middle bid and…read morethe owner seemed like he cared and was involved. When we first met with him we had high hopes, but it soon became obvious their field work and the office are on different pages. The quality of their work is poor, and they do not seem to take any pre-cautions to protect work they have completed. The new floor and marble countertop we had installed was severely scratched before it was even turned over and they argued we were being too picky and would not fix it. The quality and timeliness of their work was so substandard, we decided to have them only complete two of the three bathrooms and we went with another contractor for the 3rd who was much more prepared. If you have a standard bathroom with no high-end fixtures or finishes, I think they would do fine. I do not think they are used to working with anything that requires quality or higher finishes. The timing was also twice what they promised, so just be prepared to have it take longer if you go with them. When we decided to go our separate ways, it was noted in the final paperwork they would support any issues we had when completing the 3rd bathroom, as they had bought a large portion of the material. Well, we had issues and reached out to the office and the owner (Roy) who never called me back. I actually spoke to their office who assured me someone would call, but never did. We had to re-purchase some cabinets they had provided for the 3rd bathroom as it had parts missing because of damage caused by their own workers who installed the door pulls wrong and it damaged the face of the cabinets. Apparently, they never replaced the items and would not even call us back so we could find out how to get more. Very poor customer service. DO NOT USE Jerezee Construction unless you want a big headache. We have photos of their work and can provide more information if you would like. We had originally planned to not write a review but after they would not call us back for material support, we felt it was warranted to warn others about their business practices. You have been warned. Stay away! I need to update my review since another person called mine into question. The communication was poor and Roye did not check in with us during the project once. Maybe our project of $45K for 3 bathrooms was not big enough to get the support needed, but the final product and organization was very poor. Even after we parted ways, we were assured they would offer at least warranty support for the bathroom they did and on materials but we could not even get a call back. I said it before and will say it one more time. If your project is small and low quality finishes and you have no timeframe for completion, then choose them. If you want the finish product to be undamaged and finish within the original time agreed upon, choose another GC. We found another GC to complete our master bathroom and entire upstairs and it was night and day. DO NOT USE JEREZEE

He made the drive, walked through the project with me, and provided an in-person quote on the spot. We thanked him and went with a "more affordable" quote, which was a big mistake. The company we contracted with (Rod's Painting) stood us up 2 days before the project was scheduled to start and returned our deposit, making us delay the project for 3 months due to winter setting in. When the weather broke, I reached back out to Medina and upgraded the project by adding our house to the mix as well. Once again, Johnny made the drive to revisit the project and quote, adding our house into the mix. I had to water some outdoor plants to find plaster on my flag, house and brick wall. The job was rushed and it was obvious. Medina Remodel would come back and fix these areas but I chose not to take the time to have them. They returned already to fix errors. I purchased a high end primer for the glue areas, a little sanding and spray texture in a bottle to fix myself. They needed to slow down and these small details wouldn't have been missed. Update #2 review: Mishaps happen and a lot of companies I've worked with don't stand behind their work; not the case with Medina Remodel. He was quick to return my phone call and was on my door step within a few hours. Everything was fixed, cleaned and left as it should be. I'd do business with him again. Update: two outlets textured over, overspray on my bed and the texture on the windows is sliding off. Medina is coming to fix the issues. He was quick to call me back. Removed glue from wallpaper backing, skimmed, and textured two bath rooms, Put me in his schedule at the last minute and worked all weekend to complete the job. I did the painting and in hind site I should have let him manage the entire job. He communicated effectively, gave us a contract, ahis bid was competitive and cleaned up the mess and hauled off the trash.
