Breaking my pelvis was no joke and very difficult for anybody especially the CNA's who attended me for all my needs and toiletries. There was always someone to help me and not leave me alone during my recovery. I found the food satisfactory and always delivered to our rooms on time. The rooms were cleaned every day by a very very efficient lady. She was also very entertaining. I stayed for six weeks and had three different roommates which the last one was very nice and we seem to have mutual understandings. I would recommend Moraga post acute care. The physical therapy sessions were seven days a week for me and the therapist were very thorough and supportive of me to walk again and have the equipment that I needed to support myself without falling. I have been in two rehabs in Nevada. The first after I had a stroke ending and left side deficits and the other for collapse vertebrae in my lumbar region, and neither of these facilities had daily cleaning Moraga post acute care made me feel very comfortable facility took cleaning very seriously .

They didn't give her medications for over 17 hours and left her in soiled underpants for 17 hours as well. She was supposed to be on a bipap machine during the night and the one they put on her was broken and spitting water in her face they said they would fix it and never did. Her oxygen dropped below 60 and they had to 911 her back to the hospital where she almost didn't make it. I don't know how people could be so mean and careless but they almost cost my grandma her life

Very strange, very rude and definitely not a place that I would want to work being that they treat people like this.

Our district contracted with your organization, and at the time of enrollment, we and our district were not made aware of the strict two-year contract policy that restricts the RBT from continuing to work with the same student. Allow me to provide some context. My son is a 17-year-old nonverbal individual with severe autism. He is extremely shy and requires a significant amount of time to build trust with someone before they can enter his personal space. Unfortunately, during my recent meeting with Dale Young, it became evident that no exceptions could be made to extend the contract of the current RBT with whom my son has developed a strong bond and trust. He kept stating that he firmly believes that it's important that they are able to work with others we agree as well we are seasoned parents. He's 17. There is rotation happening already in the classroom everyday. I just wanted him to have the best last two years of high school as possible and not have to have a transition happened twice. So at the end of the day, your company and Dale Young do not taken to consideration of the individual human. By this decision by Dale Young and your policy is going to cause extreme regression and depression anxiety on my 17 year-old son. I left the meeting with feeling like I was talking to a AI. You guys have to do better and consider your clients human beings, not just cases

He has been having difficulty with the very low volume of his speech - just one of the side effects of Parkinson's Disease. Along with her sunny disposition and positive outlook, Terri brought with her many years of expertise in her field. Although Daniel received speech therapy at various times in the past, Terri introduced us to some new techniques and recommendations to help with the speech volume issue, as well as swallowing issues that may possibly become problematic in the future. All of the various techniques, recommendations and exercises presented were very interesting and extremely helpful. We were very pleased with the therapy that Terri provided and although the duration of her visits was limited, she left us with many valuable tools and exercises to work on, along with pleasant memories of her visits and the pleasure of meeting her.

My Sister enjoyed working with her and to this day works on her speech with the apps recommended by Terri. Terri wanted further help for my Sister so she recommended and set up an appointment with a specialist in speech technology that would help with specific devices. This impressed me! My Sister's speech has improved considerably and continues to improve thanks to Terri's excellent assistance.
