Extremely disappointed with our experience at the Netsports track-out camp. This was our third grader's first time here, and we will not be returning due to a complete lack of supervision. Our son reported that kids were left to watch unsupervised YouTube Shorts for long periods, some of which included very disturbing content. More alarmingly, the pickup process is a major security risk. The front desk staff seemed completely indifferent to the children gathered in the corner, and there appeared to be no protocol to prevent a child from leaving with a stranger. If you are looking for a camp that prioritizes child safety and active engagement, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. read more

My son loves the summer camps. He always has fun and sleeps well after a day at the facility.

My daughter didn't like the camp. She said there were too many breaks and play time was short. The front staff doesn't check ID if you are picking up, very concerning. She was just watching TV by herself and all the staff sitting around playing cards. Not worth the drive. read more

Not my favorite facility for indoor soccer. What things do I dislike most about Netsports? The ball gets stuck behind behind the wall frequently and they start the clock immediately after the previous game finishes. Both of these things trim playing time and leave you with no time to warm-up. The turf has been replaced since I last played out there which is nice. And, the field is longer and more narrow so I get to run more so that is a plus. read more

We had my sons 6th year old Birthday Party here. What a fantastic experience from start to finish. We had our own private party room, and an entire enclosed field. We had nearly 40 kids attend and it was so easy to watch all of them in this facility. The kids played games and soccer for 3 hours and still wanted more. When I started working in RTP I started playing soccer at this facility (when it was called Carolina Sportsplex). I took a break from indoor soccer while playing for outdoor league and I didn't come back to NetSports until this winter (Winter 2010). The facilities are still as I remember them -- no big changes after the change in ownership. They implemented a new online system for handling registration, payment, scheduling and team management that I think works quite well. The captain basically registers the team with a deposit and each player can then register and pay their share until the full team balance is paid in full. As a former organizer of a team, I was really pleased with the new system. They have different fields/rinks for different sports. I think soccer and volleyball are the most popular (these are what I typically see when I am there to play soccer). The two indoor turf fields are quite spacious. There's plenty of room to run around and it is very easy to tire yourself (that's a good thing). The referees are very professional and courteous. They do a good job keeping the games on schedule. If you like to play volleyball or indoor soccer, then you'll like this place. Find the division that matches your skill level. Try to get on a "house" team or maybe ask the staff to try to place you on a team that is looking for players. If you're a female or like to play in goal then your chances of getting on a team are quite good. If you know some players that want to join a team, then maybe start your own. Oh, this place is MUCH better than XL Soccer World in Raleigh. When you have a game at NetSports you will know that the fields will always be the same size -- not so at XL Soccer World. As a team manager, I can tell you that the staff at XL Soccer World were very unfriendly and difficult to communicate with. Staff at NetSports have always been friendly -- they do a good job behind-the-scenes and in-person. This place makes me happy -- especially during the winter when I can't play outdoors. read more

I used to play indoor soccer here. But after a while, I simply could not continue. The refereeing is terrible. Most games were full of hacking, bickering, and sometimes near-fights simply because the refs could not control the game. There were a few refs would did a good job, but 75% of the refs did not. Also, the fields are very long and narrow. I have played at many indoor facilities and I have never experienced a field like this one. I'm not holding this against Netsports, per se, but it was a bit weird. The one redeeming fact about Netsports is that the front desk and management do seem to care somewhat. They did help salvage my experience. I want to like this place (especially since it is 1000x better than XL Soccer World on Hillsborough Street in Raleigh) but I can't get past the refereeing. read more

Took my grandson to soccer practice here today. He's 3 1/2 and it was great. Wonderful staff and very nice facility.

I think the programs are good, however the facility could REALLY use some clean up and updates, especially for the price tog pay.

Absolutely love Netsports. All of my children have gone through their programming and now their track out camps and always have THE BEST time. Their staff treats us like we are family and I know my kids are in a safe, caring environment. The recent renovations are excellent and we feel so lucky it is a safe place to send out kids right in our community! read more

The management and staff at NetSports are so terrible that it doesn't make up for the nice new fields that they installed for indoor soccer. This place used to be pretty great, the staff was cool, management was nice, and we didn't mind the fact that we played on pretty old fields. But the opposite has happened here. The staff at the front desk can be pretty rude and don't really care about their customers. Now, there are a few guys who are pretty nice, but the majority of the girls at the front desk seem to want to punish their most loyal customers. The refs are pretty rude, with the exception of one or two nice ones, who don't call the game fairly and don't move from one spot in the center of the field. How are you supposed to call fouls and make sure the game is being played fairly when you are 30 feet away from play? The refs need to be moving around and be more proactive. The lack of any care from the refs causes frustration and makes people angry. The fields are nice and are a welcome change from what they were before. These are by far the nicest and biggest fields in RTP. XL has nice fields, but they are smaller. In conclusion, as a paying customer (it's been 5 years), the customer service has become beyond horrible here. They know they have some of the nicest fields in the area and continue to use that fact to be rude to their customers. If another place were to open up with similar amenities with better customer service, this place would be gone within a year. I've talked to 10 other teams who feel the same as I do and have agreed to leave NetSports and move onto indoor facilities so we don't have to deal with the rudeness here. read more

Overall, NetSports is a fine facility. I've only played indoor soccer at the facility and can't comment on anything else. The soccer fields are OK. The pitch, however, is starting to show wear, and my hurting ankles and feet further confirm that the turf is worn out. I hope that it gets replaced soon as I don't think that I would be willing to risk getting injured... read more

In the summer of 2012 my kids went to one of their day-camps where they play various sports games. My oldest son, who was 12 at the time, was seriously injured at their facility. Normally I would chalk that up to just bad luck and move on, but I came to find out that there was some pretty bad negligence on their part that led to the injury. The group of kids that was playing the game was being supervised by a high-school student, which is not necessarily a problem. But instead of just supervising, the kid was actually playing the game with the kids - who were of course half his size and strength. Apparently the kid was being way overzealous and threw the ball so hard at my son that he broke his finger. The break was very severe, very painful for my son, and required four months of a metal splint to allow it to mend properly. When discussing the situation with the General Manager, at first he tried to deny that they had done anything wrong. Later I think he realized how badly they were running things and was more apologetic. He offered to pay for my out-of-pocket medical expenses as well as change the way they were running the games to avoid these problems in the future. I was adamant about that part because I did not want to see more kids hurt because of foolish practices. You should never have older, larger kids playing the same game, at full effort, with younger/smaller ones. This is why there are age and weight groups when it comes to most sports. I know - this should be common sense. In any case, after I had collected all of my receipts and compiled all of the paperwork and gave it to him, things kind of stalled from there. He basically just turned it over to their insurance company which of course just said, after about 6 months wait, that they are not going to pay anything. So now I am meeting with a lawyer. The net here is that the facility is poorly run, and the management is not very trustworthy. I recommend going somewhere else for any sports camps for your kids. read more

In the past, I have always been VERY pleased with the Track Out Camps that I have sent my son to at NetSports. He loved them - and I was pleased with the feedback he provided & with the staff I interacted. I recently bought a Living Social Coupon - and called to ask a few questions about it. I was told that only one coupon per household could be accepted. My son's Father and I are divorced - therefore two households - and I asked the Director 'Erica' about this situation - Erica's tone was very harsh - when she then said it was, 'per child' - even though we were divorced, their system had no way to differentiate the two households, so it would be counted under the child. I questioned this - versus the statement previously made - as we are two separate households - two different last names - two separate budgets, etc. Erica's response was, 'Well then, with all due respect, with two households you are probably at more of an advantage to pay for it than other kids who come here.' I was shocked at her statement, and calmly asked if she was experiencing a bad morning - and should I call back at another time. She went on to tell me that she ran these camps for 3 years, she was the Director, and she had never come across this situation before. She also noted that with these coupons she only makes $40 per child for the week, and again, 'with all due respect' - she had a business to run. I commented that it might be a good idea to put in a stipulation of 'per child' not 'per household' - she reiterated to me that this has NEVER happened before. While she did agree to accept the coupons from both SEPARATE households 'this time' - her attitude and tone are seriously forcing me to think if this is an establishment I want my child in - or a person I want him to be in the care of. I now am concerned - will he be treated differently, be ignored or be singled out? Good thing I have five days to make my decision - or get a refund from Living Social. read more

Netsports is the best soccer facility in the area. The employees are very helpful and friendly. The faculity is always clean. They have a very good concession stand that offers a lot . The woman that runs the concession is very kind and funny. My kids adore her. My family is very happy to spend ALOT of time at Netsports! read more
