I do not trust this short man as he was rude and attempted to overcharge me for towing.

I Closed the drivers door too hard and the lift assembly broke causing the window to fall into the door cavity. I'm in the middle of winter and needed a quick repair on Christmas Eve. JT Auto Glass Office Manager Angela welcomed me and assured me it could be done today. She ordered parts after the mechanic Nate assessed the concerns. Nate installed the lift assembly in short order and Angela signed me out as both Nate and Angela thanked me for choosing JT Auto Glass. Wow! These two are the team to beat. I just got home! I had been sitting at Home Depot here in Santa Rosa for over 3 hours waiting on my insurance company prepaid road side assistance. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. I asked Nestor if he could pick up a vehicle without keys for us, and he said yes, no problem. I waited a few days to get an ETA. Then when I called him back to inquire, he said that someone else had scheduled that and he could not find any info, and could not find the email that I had sent with the pickup location, and even after I sent it a second time, he still could not find my email.
