Also when I asked for a copy of my contact lenses prescription, they refused to give it to me. Yes I know it's been 2 years since the eye exam but it is my right to have the prescription for myself just for references. They were afraid I might try to get contact lenses elsewhere for cheaper price, therefore refused to give me a copy. Again, it is my right to have a copy whether it's expired or not.
