I travel for work and go to different hookah bars, within the USA and outside. The place is nice…read moreand comfortable the drinks are awesome. The hookah has this after test a person get. Maybe from the way they wash their hookahs at the end of night. But definitely there's a after test of an old hookah flavor. Over all it's a nice place, will definitely get big later on. Once this virus is over.

If you've been to even just a couple hookah lounges in your life, you'll easily be able to…read morerecognize that this one is bottom tier in terms of service and pricing. The atmosphere itself is nice. As far as *aesthetics* goes, clearly a good amount of money has been spent to make this establishment stand out. HOWEVER, money doesn't buy class, and that's one of the main issues here. The establishment is understaffed on servers. They buzz around one side of the building, and even if you have a lit hookah in front of you, they will not come by for 30-40 minutes at a time to check on you. The hookah is OVERPRICED. I'd be willing to compromise on pricing if the service was up to par, but at one point my friend just risked burning himself and took the top off the hookah and moved the coals around himself because he knew no one was coming to help us. The owner was rude. She mentioned a "no hoodies" policy (probably the most commonly worn piece of fall clothing in America besides jeans) but it was more of a "no COLORED person in hoodies" policy. Security is a bunch of Nazis in bulletproof vests, talking militant like they're in Iraq or something. Dude, you're in a small American city. Calm down. I went outside to smoke a cigarette and security wouldn't let me back in. After I STOOD IN FRONT OF THEM FOR 6 MINUTES TALKING TO THEN WHILE I SMOKED. All in all, this establishment is rotten, and I wouldn't spend another one of my hard earned dollars here. There are places to go where you'll get more bang for your buck, and be treated with decency. If you value your time and your money, go to somewhere that will value YOU as a person and as a customer.

There are garden beds and planters everywhere, so you don't feel like it's in a strip mall at all. Parking was a bit weird since there were only a few spots out front but lots around other businesses. The coffee was good. The smores latte was the fall drink I tried and it was pretty sweet! Almost too sweet to drink a large one. My friends got americanos and they loved those and said the coffee flavor was great. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely come back!

I do not say this lightly, but as I am a southerner born and raised, I must admit that the sausage…read moregravy at Firefly is the closest to southern gravy that I've experienced since I moved to Fort Wayne last year! There was a really nice flavor of sausage, instead of the flour base that most restaurants choose to use. The biscuits were an interesting choice and weren't bad, but that gravy was the entire reason for their being. At only $8, I will definitely be back to get more! The service was fine, considering the food is brought to you, but nothing more. The ambiance was very much a coffee shop's ambiance, which is a good thing. I look forward to being on this side of Fort Wayne again so I can chow down on more sausage gravy!!
