This past week my son brought his car to them for something hanging under the car, and was presented with an $800 estimate for a problem with the exhaust system. I thought the exhaust system had been replaced not too long ago, so went through the records for this car and located a bill documenting $1,375 spent for an "entire exhaust system" 4 years ago at their shop. I took a look under the car yesterday and found that the pipe to the rear muffler was so rusted that it broke apart completely so the rear muffler was not attached to the rest of the exhaust system!!! There is absolutely no way a brand new exhaust system could have become so completely rusted that it would fall apart after only 4 years. I am furious that my son was ripped off by these crooks and we will never spend another penny there again!!!
