One thing that I thought was funny is that I had to get scanned here and then walk over to the Nesbett and had to get scanned over here. Some alarm went off so I had an enjoyable time getting wand and showing off my socks. It's a nice building, and the front of the place has bushes and flowers and bear sculptures. There is a parking lot but I think it's permit parking only. Hope to not come again.

I have an attorney and thought well it's got attorney in the name, and come to find out he uses this process service too. It was $75 to serve in Anchorage, which is $10 more than some of the competition, but I wanted results. You fill out the process service instructions form with attached forms to serve, clip a check to the file, and place in the cubby of the process service of your choice. I filed on Tuesday, and the server served Monday morning, which was within the 48 hour serve mark of the Wednesday scheduled hearing. I was on pins and needles because I didn't want to reschedule the hearing and it felt like it was cutting it close. All in all I was happy with the server, service, and will use again if I need to flex the arm of the law.
