Towards the end of the year I wanted to have some fun with temporary color which ended up not being as temporary as it claimed. To make it short, I ended up with weird orange hair and was panicking about the upcoming family events for the holidays. With hardly any notice Nesa saved the day and gave me back a beautiful blonde hair color! She even took the time to go back over and tone out the few tiny spots that needed a second round.
