The restaurant provides a menu of cocktail drinks with pictures and prices but very little description. The beer on tap and in bottles is not printed so you have to rely on the bartender to provide. We were told by the bartender that the restaurant is trying to get used to the Ben E Keith options available. I don't think I really wanted, needed or requested this info. I decided on a Paloma and my husband ordered a fruity white drink that my husband loved but it was pricey at $15. I did hear after I had been there awhile that margaritas were on special. I would have liked that info in the beginning when I was placing my order. A spicy margarita was my second order due to cost of $9.00. My husband ordered the Reuben with homemade chips and I order chicken strips and onion rings. My husband loved his sandwich and the home made chips. My chicken strips had little to no flavor. The gravy also had little to no flavor. While I understand a restaurant would want to leave making an item salt or pepper tasting, food does need to have some flavor. I can see they are new and I hope they make changes to the diners experience to achieve repeat visits. We will probably give it a couple of weeks before we return.
