We first hired Nick Washburn Lanscaping design and signed contract and during Nicks evaluation of our desperate mess of the pool pavers, pool liner Nick highly recommended Jay, owner of Jay Jay's Pool Service to come out and give us a perspective of what was going to be involved with getting our pool back to what it once was, knowing it was going to be a major project we felt after Metting w/ Jay and Jay explaining all that was going to be involved we knew it was going to be expensive, but also knew we had the best in the pool Business and knew we were not going to be screwed. The entire inground pool had to be complete excavated and all new lines put in new set of steel stairs the highest quality pool liner and a loop lock cover which we decided to upgrade for the extra cost that was involved but was well worth the peace of mind. What one needs to know is when the process begins it looks like a war zone, and what's that saying, it gets worse before it gets better that's true. Westin who is Jays #1 guy is fantastic and we were so pleased to have had him on our major project, Jay was easy to talk to and any issues that may arise was always address and taken care of w/ no problems. very professional and we would highly recommend Jay Jay's Pool Service to anyone who is looking for a professional highly knowledgeable to take care of your needs, you will not regret it. and what may have seemed expensive in the end was really very reasonable when you actually see what's involved as far as labor and materials. in the end could not have asked for a better pool service, Thanks to Nick Washburn for connecting us to Jay we don't know what we would have done. there are so many distrustful services out there but was a relief to know there was at least one that was trustworthy, We cannot thank Jay enough Thank you Joe/ Fred

The prepped over 650 sq ft. of floor space; Moving over 5 yards of stone; installing over 500 ft of steel rerod; and building forms, in one day! Day two, they wheelbarrowed and poured nearly 10 yds of concrete to a trowel finish. The entire project took two days and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. We would definitely recommend Scott Concrete to anyone needing this service. We will be hiring them again when we do our patio and pool deck.

The truth is the pool was already open, the previous owners had done it. These guys noticed when they arrived and didn't say a thing, nothing. I don't appreciate the dishonesty, but fair enough, it was my mistake. They also took some samples of the water to run some tests and told me to wait for a call the next day. Nobody ever called (shocking, right?). When I called them to ask for the test results, they told me no tests were performed, so it turns out I paid $300+ for essentially nothing. I tried to speak to a manager over the phone and surprisingly, they just hung up on me and stopped answering the phone. I'm afraid I have nothing good to say. This is just a poorly run and managed business. Some people seem to have had good experiences with them, but I can't say the same. Would absolutely not recommend.
