This team honestly sparked a whole new love for women's basketball in my daughters and I. The clinic, to the lunch, and then theater seats with a perfect view...Chefs kiss! During the game, the arena was electric. I haven't felt that in any NBA game I've ever been to. You could feel the energy everywhere. It was LIT. I had heard of the Valks but didn't know much so we were excited upon arrival and left the stadium as brand-new fans!

This magical season has been Nothing But Net and so fantastically on point from the inception. From the selection of the first Black female GM in the W (Ohemaa Nayanin), to the selection of the first Asian American head coach (Natalie Nakase), The Golden State Valkyries (GSV), are showing up as the "upstarts that could", as they topple records and slay unexpected opponents in what is now considered the most amazing arena in The W, Ballhalla! There in Ballhalla the magic continues, as every home game has been played to sellout crowds of 18k+ roaring and adoring fans which are said to rival that of Dub Nation! Nakase has created a team that systematically picks apart opponents with what as now known as one of the top rated defenses in the league, and urges her very cohesive team, made up of primarily rookies and what were previous role players, to intuitively execute game plans with, at times, breathtaking precision. Now as the regular season moves toward its spectacular conclusion, GSV is poised to push further into history as the first expansion team to go to into the playoffs! When you go to Ballhalla, prepare yourself for the thrill of your basketball lifetime ... life is good in Ballhalla ... WELCOME TO THE W!

The ones we sat in reclined. From what I read, you can order food and drinks to be delivered to your seat if you have a table in front of you. We did but we had already eaten. If we had known, we probably would've ordered food there. Next time! Fun night!

The single line for the concessions stand was quite long on a Saturday afternoon. There was another concessions stand upstairs leading to the second floor auditoriums, but it was closed. There was also an attached cafe offering a more extensive menu of food and drinks. The auditorium had recliner seats, but the back rests didn't recline much, mainly the foot rests were noticeable. There was just a single aisle in the room, but enough space between rows to not bump into seats while walking down the row. Temperature was perfect, sound and picture quality no problems, and parking options included a lot across the street (2-hour limit), a garage around the corner on Oak Street (75 cents per hour), and street parking in the area if you're lucky.
