First you would have to take a look at the menu and place your order at the front. They do not have waiters staff to your table. There are two rooms one that you can sit with the front table to order and another room is full of tables that can also accommodate large parties. The guy was pretty good remembering who ordered what while people were coming in and out, placing orders and sitting down and enjoying their food. To my surprise, the service was quick and friendly we ordered the six piece falafel appetizer which was crispy and hot and the tahini was nice and creamy Hubby enjoyed his grape flavored crush. Haven't had that in a while. When we got our meal hubby ordered the beef and chicken combo shredding pieces on top of rice nice and tender had a lemony taste to it and I had the assorted shredded soft beef on top of seasoned yellow fluffy rice. When we got our meal, it was plenty , especially for the price. We could have shared a plate The meat was nice and tender and the sauce was spot on the season yellow rice yum! I couldn't stop eating the rice, but I had to cause I was getting too full that we had take out containers and can I tell you the leftovers was even better! Actually is a pretty good amount of food. The prices are okay for portions. Coming here this is where we knew to go. It's one of the few places in the food court that isn't fast food or other chains typically in a mall. This is one of those places you order at the counter and they make it in front of you. A lot of options to choose from. Prices are okay for what you get it seems. It's about $3 for a lemonade. These come in a few flavors including mint. Had a minty tangy taste to it. The food is a choice of bowls, pitas, or salads along with choice of protein such as beef, chicken, or falafel. It's about $12 for the Falafel Bowl. This has almost unlimited toppings so I had them pile on these. Choose various sauces and vegetables to add. This was actually pretty filling so the name makes sense to be honest. Has to be the best place in the food court. It's located on the top floor. There's plenty of choices for vegans and vegetarians.

The line was pretty long which gave me an indication that it was popular/good. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered their Falafel bowl, with rice and a bunch of their available options. You are allowed to select 4 and then every topping after that is $1 per topping. This seems a bit extreme as they are NOT generous when adding your selected ingredients. I was expecting a much larger portion, but understand they are a business and have to manage their margins. The food itself was fine. The falafel were just ok, and had been sitting in a container, lacking the crispiness and freshness I am used to normally. For the extra options, everything tasted fine, I just felt skimped on the portions I was given. The highlight for me was the hot sauce that they offer. It was extremely flavorful and had a nice level of heat. I would buy that by the bottle if It was available. I think Falafill is worth a try, but you just have to manage your expectations. They do not come close to the traditional mediterranean restaurants I am used to visiting, but for mall food it's pretty good.

We ordered roti through the Uber eats app for delivery. I went to ask my mom if she wanted something but when I returned my husband had already submitted the order to Uber eats. I called roti and asked if we could add something to our order. Unfortunately their system would not allow them to add my mother's dish, but the gentleman who answered the phone took the order anyway. I suggested I pay for the order separately and they simply bag it with the rest of the Uber eats order since they were still preparing that for us. After taking the additional order, the gentleman said that they would just give us the last dish on the house since their system would not allow them to add the additional order. It was unexpected and exceptional customer service and I wanted to leave them a good review here as a response. My mom has been sick this week and had a particularly rough past few days.
