She is been nothing short of Amazing in assisting us, answering our questions, taking our calls (even after hours!), and just being someone who gets it and cares. My experience with Wholesale Cabinet Center was extremely frustrating and, quite frankly,…read moreunacceptable. What should have been a straightforward cabinet project turned into a nightmare that delayed our downstairs and kitchen renovation by more than 10 months. From the beginning, they failed to uphold the delivery dates they gave us. The design process was also problematic, and when the order finally started arriving, it was incomplete and missing multiple items. Instead of receiving one complete order as promised, we had to deal with multiple deliveries trying to get the order completed. What made the situation even worse was the lack of basic accountability during the deliveries. The delivery crews did not properly inventory the order before leaving. When I asked them to go through the delivery with me and verify that everything was there, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. When we discovered that items were missing, they essentially shrugged their shoulders and would not even call the owner or someone in charge to address the problem. When I told them I was not going to make full payment for an order that I had not received in full, they suddenly were able to get ahold of the owner. Instead of resolving the issue, I was asked to make a partial payment even though Wholesale Cabinet Center had still failed to deliver everything I had paid for. Then came the biggest issue of all: the cabinet doors. I was specifically told that the doors had been ordered and could be obtained in approximately one week. One week turned into months. Months turned into nearly an entire year. Yes, I waited almost a year for cabinet doors that I was originally told would take about a week. During that time, temporary doors had to be used, our project remained unfinished, and our renovation was significantly delayed. This was not a minor inconvenience. Their failure to get the order completed had a direct impact on our home renovation and left us dealing with an unfinished project for months. After the final items were finally received, the owner told me that once the doors were installed, he would personally meet with me and make sure I was taken care of because of everything that had happened the missing products, repeated deliveries, excessive delays, and the fact that our renovation had been pushed back by months. An installer was eventually sent out to replace the temporary doors. After that, I never heard from the owner again. No meeting. No follow-up. No attempt to make things right. Nothing. The most frustrating part of this entire experience wasn't simply that there were mistakes. Mistakes happen. It was the lack of urgency, communication, accountability, and follow-through when those mistakes were made. I repeatedly had to chase down missing items and answers while my renovation sat unfinished. A company can make a mistake on an order. What matters is how they handle the problem. In my experience, Wholesale Cabinet Center repeatedly failed to handle these problems appropriately. Do not use this company. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. The delays, incomplete deliveries, poor communication, nearly year long wait for cabinet doors that were supposedly available in a week, and failure to follow through on promises made this an experience I would not wish on anyone.

There was water damage due to a water leak, and I needed the cabinet demolished, removed and replaced. I spoke with Edan Cazakov. Edan and I agreed to meet at my home on Friday, July 10, 2026 for a free estimate. He appeared as scheduled, took pictures and advised that he would discuss his findings and photos with his Contractor and contact me ASAP. On Monday, July 13, 2026, Edan texted a quote for the work needed. We agreed on the repair costs and scheduled a date for the repair. There were several delays, excuses, last minute concerns about the water filtration system that needed to be removed prior to repairs, etc. There was subsequent confusion regarding the cost of the repairs with the Contractor and miscommunication and coordination with Edan and the Contractor on the date for completing the work. It took 61 Days to complete this otherwise simple job! To be clear and fair, Edan Cazakov and the Contractor Brian Aldred are nice, good-natured people. Even the quality of the work was very good. They are just HORRIBLE at conducting business. They fail at being responsible, reliable, or dependable. Date/Time commitments are non-existent. Though I would invite Edan to Thanksgiving Dinner at my home, I would NEVER make him responsible for the Turkey!! My message to any prospective client ... To rely on Mama's Wholesale Cabinets for your Cabinet needs would be "A Practice at Imperfection!" Edan will get that reference. The rest of you... just be warned. Michael - Submitted 9/11/2026

He's incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and always willing to answer questions or help without making you feel intimidated. They offer open shop hours on certain days where you can come in and rent time by the hour. Whether you're just getting started or you've been woodworking for years, they offer classes and have everything you need to learn and build. I'm really happy it's so close to home and can't wait to keep working on my current project and many more to come. Highly recommend checking it out if you've ever wanted to get into woodworking.

Ken and Eric have not only have helped me with many larger projects that I couldn't complete on my own, but they also are the only place I recommend for high quality work. Just a word about me - I've been working in this industry for 40+ years, I've taught woodworking for 30+ years. I'm on the cusp of retirement, so these days, I take on much smaller jobs. I send most of my clients with larger projects to Legacy, and honestly, they're just about the only company I trust to do the job properly, with respect for your home. They pay keen attention to your needs, and will advise you with their years of expertise. Sure, there are a lot of cabinet shops in town, but there are also a lot of companies doing shoddy work, or worse - disappearing with your deposit. Legacy is NOT that kind of company. I saw one bad review - and that just doesn't make sense. Not a single person I've sent there has anything but stellar comments about the work they produce, whether it's freestanding furniture for a home, built-ins that require tricky installation, or commercial pieces for restaurants, offices, salons and more. They answer their phone, or will get back to you when they're free. Their pricing is very fair and transparent, and better yet - they're just the type of company that you trust coming into your home. (You don't want to hear my nightmare story about hiring a serviceman to clean my sooty fireplace... I'd sooner hire the devil before I'd use that company again.) People who leave a bad review on Yelp, when all the other comments are positive, make me wonder if they're the one with the issue, not the company. As a small business owner, it's frustrating to have a hundred happy clients, yet that one bad review is the one that gets all the attention. If you're looking for great work and a company that you can trust - I do believe Legacy is the company to contact.
