Original review: The receptionist is so incredibly rude, she flat out picked a fight with me because she gave me the wrong address on the phone so I was late (even though I was 20 minutes early to the location she gave me) and when I got there she scolded me like a child. It was crazy, like she was actually trying to pick a fight. Like I get it's annoying when someone's late but why are you making this a personal offense against you? I think she wanted me to fight with her or something. I just stayed silent but it was seriously so weird, I've never experienced anything like it before. My first visit too. The doctor was...fine. But she didn't do a checkup really. She barely examined me. She gave me all the referrals I needed which was great but I've had all the doctors I was referred to ask me questions like "did you primary care doctor look at xyz" and I'm like...no lol she didn't do anything...but there aren't a lot of doctors who take my insurance so...yeah. That kind of relationship between a physician and patient is increasingly rare. The impression I've gotten over the years is of a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients and takes personal responsibility for helping them navigate their health. That deserves recognition.

He was attentive, professional, followed up on my lab results, and made sure important primary-care matters were addressed. Unfortunately, my experience with the practice has gradually changed significantly. Over time, the office appears to have shifted away from the level of personal and professional medical care I initially received. Much of my care has been handled by nurse practitioners, and I have had several experiences that raised serious concerns for me regarding attention to detail and professionalism. On multiple occasions, incorrect prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy, and I was the one who noticed the errors. When I brought one of these incidents to Dr. Arasheben's attention, I did not feel that my concern was taken seriously or adequately addressed. Initially, I treated it as an isolated mistake, but over time I experienced additional issues that caused me to lose confidence in the practice. Most recently, when I asked about my overdue annual physical, I was told that it was my responsibility to keep track of when my annual examinations were due. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the level of care, I was essentially told that if I was unhappy, I could find another primary-care physician. After being a patient for five years, this was extremely disappointing. In my experience, the practice today feels much more focused on running and expanding a business than providing the attentive, disciplined primary care that I received when I first became a patient. Based on my recent experiences, particularly the repeated prescription errors and the response to my concerns, I can no longer recommend this practice as a primary-care provider.

Even being in Healthcare I didn't realize my lack of self-care when Brandon mentioned "its been 5 years, no blood work". Brandon listened attentively while I expressed my health issues. I was impressed of his knowledge on Women's health and how I should proceed in keeping up with my well being. He was also quick to make sure I was aware of the good and the ugly lab results that followed through the next day. Brandon is a pro at what he does and it was such a pleasure to have met him. I have the utmost gratitude for Brandon and hope he continues to make an impact on others. Glad he joined team Northridge. Now I don't have to stress about who's filling in for Dr. Eddy or Dr. G who are both excellent at what they do.

It's a bit busy and the staff is a bit spratec on busy days but they got Veronica. She is a legend and has been there for decades. She is super sweet. I love this establishment. His been my primary doctor for decades. I love the fact that I can walk in without an appointment. He has helped and comforted me during some really dark and difficult times of my life. Even administered to me for free once when I was broke and without insurance. Also, he dispenses some medications for free, which is extremely helpful. I live in vegas now yet drive there when I need to because I feel comfortable there. It's just where I belong.
