Nema Roofing had the best customer service I've had whenever it came to doing any work on my home, the quality of work to the customer service and dealing with Thomas as my project manager was top of the line. The scope of work included installing GAF shingles, with a TIGERPAW underlayment. I will say that they were the most expensive but they had the longest warranty which was the most important because they will take care of me down the line if anything were to happen and jt did. The crazy winds that we've been seeing a few shingles blew off in the recent winds and they came back to fix it! Working with Tito was a great experience although we did have some communication issues until my complaint was forwarded over to the office. Kori, the office manager took over and made sure all my concerns were met. We started with a small repair job until they removed the tile and we saw the exposed underlayment. There was an altercation when he came to our house as the project was finishing up...I was commenting on the fact that they didn't fix a droop in the roof as originally promised. He accused me of recording him (which we have video cameras and a sign on our property that informs every one of this) then he stormed off. He treated me like garbage on my own property. My heart rate went through the roof. I am pregnant and was in my second trimester when all of this happened so it was very nerve wracking and stressful to have to deal with him in addition to the rest of the project.
