We requested a quote and within 24 hours we had a call scheduling the quote. This is where we met David. He came and measured everything provided us detailed information on the process and asked us for a few days to get the design and quote. David provided us the most detailed quote and plans, with visuals, so we can make the best decision for our home and budget. We decided to go with him for our job. The permit process went seamlessly and we were in continuous communication with Mr. Carlos pool and David. Our project began on August 4 and Jorge (project manager) took over as the main contact. He has communicated every step of the way. David and his Team did the concrete work and I can't say enough about the how great it looks. Again, his team continuously communicated and walked us through the entire process. Extremely happy with his work and his team! Lastly, the project is finally done and our pool looks beautiful. Thank you every single person who made this as seamless and smooth as possible.
