I called back to get a different lens. They ordered the same lens again. Strike one. I asked if I could just get my prescription. The receptionist said the doctor didn't write my prescription down. Who doesn't write down a prescription?? Strike two. I come in for my second lens fitting and the assistant gives me the same lens for each eye. Then comes back and says, "These are for your right eye.....no left....no right." Uhm. Which eye??? Strike three. I get back to see the doctor and I say, "These are the same as the trial you gave me last week that I don't like. They shift in my eye whenever I touch them." And the doctor looks me in the face and asks, "Why would you touch your eye?" Uhm. Allergies. Crying. Wind. Eyelash in them. Putting make up on. Tired. Poor bedside manner. Strike four. I won't be back. I'll drive further for competent service.

We could not find out how my father's procedure was going since it was scheduled for 1:30 And at 7:00 pm no one contacted us and the operator told us she "had no idea" where he was at 87 years old!! Avoid this place at all costs..... His Dr.'s response was "I understand " Understand what?? That they made an 87 yr old man wait 20 hours to eat!!!!! I got him out before something terrible could happen

I went to an appointment with their OBGYN today, only to find out that they had canceled the…read moreappointment. The lady at the desk said they sent me a text, which never happened. I ask her to make me another appointment as soon as possible. She stared at the computer screen for over 10 minutes and then offered me an appointment in Pennsylvania. I live in NJ.
