They had different tiered pricing so there were affordable options for everyone and actually a little more affordable then most of the area dispensaries. There website has much improved as I noticed there were a ton of promotions and daily deals to now choose from as well as some surprise deals in store for last minute expiring edibles which are getting eaten quickly and for a buck, why not???? They had Incredibles gummies 50mg at 2 for 10 bucks today and that is an amazing deal because normally those are about $30 a pack. I ended up paying 11 dollars for 150mg of edibles with one of the deals being a dollar. They have a good selection of flower but I have not yet explored the rest of the menu though I plan to. There was also a small error that I noticed when I walked out so I went back in and we opened the bag together and found the mistake and the manager, I wish I remembered his name, but he fixed it and was extremely professional and accommodating the entire time so that I was not even bothered by it and left smiling. Another awesome thing is that your first visit you get 20% off, and on the second 30%, and on your third 40% off! Then every eighth visit you can get an 8th for a buck if you spend 50 bucks. I am glad that I found a place to go that is local to my home and I look forward to going back. More people def need to visit this place. It's right around the corner from the Big Y in W. Springfield. This place should be packed. I hope to see some free events like an ice cream truck with free ice cream in the summer etc. to get a crowd and some awareness going! Great place.

I was actually the only patient in the store for the whole time there so I must have hit it at the right time as I prefer non crowded places. The facility is excellent with a wide choice of inventory with a lot of deals, discounts and 2fers. Hannah helped me at the counter and was very professional and knowledgeable she walked me through the whole process and I snagged 3 bags of 500mg edibles for 54 bucks, how can you go wrong? Looking forward to returning for more deals to be had in the future. Thank you Hannah for a pleasant shopping experience!!

I couldn't have found a more pleasant budtender. Also, at check out, Keynan ( I think that was his name) was very kind and helpful. He signed me up for the loyalty program. He understood my product strategy. He got me. A very special shout out to Maise though. Please let her know she's doing great . Very sincerely, Judy Pascarelli

Doctor's only look at you like vultures in the exam room without them "examining" you by physically touching your affected area. I mean what practice does that! Now I have sciatic nerve pain shooting up and down my left leg from buttocks to foot. I have not been to Robert in many years, but first saw him in Cambridge, MA in the early 1990's…read more He changed the way I thought about food, medicine, doctors and treatment and that knowledge has helped me greatly throughout my life. I was just thinking about him, so thought I would see what he is up to here I am writing this review. I spoke with him about 15 years ago and he told me he was in Western Mass. He was good back in the early 90's and I can only imagine how good he is now. When I first started seeing him I was asthmatic and the 'cure' was for me to take three different kinds of inhalers twice a day for the rest of my life. Robert cured my Asthma - I couldn't believe it, but he was very persistent and encouraging. He did treatments and had me change my diet. After about 6 months of treatment, twice a week for the first month then eventually tapering off to once a month - I could say I was cured. It was crazy and my belief in the dogma of modern medicine began to fade away. My mind was now open to question everything I had been taught in my life so far about health, food, medicine, etc. I become vegan for a year and then organic vegetarian for 15 more years. I moved away to Atlanta in 1993 and stopped getting treatment, so over a few years the asthma came back but not nearly as bad. If I had kept seeing him every two months or so to keep my system on the right track I would be asthma free now. He had all these interesting stories about traditional medicine, I remember him telling me that in the old days in China you would pay the village doctor (traditional Chinese acupuncturist/herbalist) every week a little money EXCEPT if you were sick, so that gave the doctor extra incentive to maintain everyone's health in the village! Looks like I'm the only review so far, guess folks out in western. Mass aren't into Yelp?
