While the doctor was nice, she didn't do an EKG on me after I had told her I didn't have a physical in over 5 years and I'm over 40. I'm not sure that this is common. It's also nearly impossible to communicate with the office itself. I use the patient portal and several business days pass without anyone answering me. The doctor apparently replied to my message and I never received a notification from the portal itself. If the nurse hadn't called me, I would've never known. I'm going to give them one more chance, otherwise I'm moving practices. Office experience was a D- and quality of care is lukewarm C+.

I asked to be call when the Doctor was available to see me as I live locally and could be in office in 15 minutes. It is now over one week and no call. Awfully uncomfortable. I am NEVER EVER going back. I prefer to suffer anxiety occasionally than to be in front of someone with such little feelings for us the patients. We are not a number, we are a person with feelings. I will go back to homeopathic medicines before I am encountered one more time but the ruthlessness and coldness of some Western medicine doctors.
