It was a much longer process than I was told - a "couple" of weeks turned into 10 weeks. His entire demeanor was condescending even as he pull the knotted tube out through my tear duct because he did want to spend the time to take it out through my nasal passage (I had a procedure to address narrow tear ducts that made my eyes constantly weep) This left me with a swollen black eye for over a week. I understand that things sometimes go wrong but his arrogant attitude just made everything worse
