I am so pleased to say that I found all of that and more in Dr. Chandler. I had a complex surgery in front of me and I was hoping to god it was my last. It was my fifth in my lifetime of trying to correct my congenital deformity of tuberous breasts but this time, also removing the implants that were now a serious hindrance to my health and well-being. Upon my first appointment with Dr. Chandler, I knew right away she was different and in the most amazing way. She did a thorough medical background check on me, listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions with the utmost sincerity and not in a condescending way like I've experienced before. She always made herself available for my questions and even when a health complication threw things for a loop; it didn't phase her. She did her due diligence. She consulted with other highly regarded professionals in different fields (which I appreciated) and ordered the additional tests that would allow me to walk in the day of surgery feeling safe and confident for what was to come. The surgery was not easy due to my previous surgical procedures and the scar tissue that had accrued over time. In addition, one of my implants had ruptured. Regardless, she took her time and stuck to the plan that we had created together. Now a month after my surgery, the results exceeded my expectations just like Dr. Chandler did. The day of surgery I thought he was going to go over size and did not. I told him I didn't want them very big but I did want them to fit my body. After surgery not only were my breasts too large but they were also very low. They were worse than what I had to began with. After about a month during my check up he admitted they had "dropped" and were low and said he would re-do them but it would cost another $2,000. I didn't do it and will get them redone. He also has no bedside manner or concern for his clients. He never suggested other ways he could do the tummy tuck that would have been better after all the weight I lost. He never went through a game plan with me on the best surgery to address the excess skin all over. I was also ripped off $4,000 because after I paid I received an email 2 weeks after my surgery that they were having a special and they wouldn't honor it for me. The woman that handles the payments is horrible, rude and a money hungry, shister. I was in the office for a check up and there was another client screaming at her because she received a surprise bill against what the woman had promised her.
