My…read morefirst appointment was absolutely wonderful and couldn't have asked for a better consultation. The consultation was so great that I ended up getting surfaces the same day. I ended up getting lip fillers, fillings by my crows feet, tattoo removal and micro-blading. I'll list each one for those patients interested in anything I got. Tattoo Removal- I am currently on session 3 and my tattoos are practically gone. The lasering is painful regardless of numbing for me, but it is so fast that it doesn't make it a big deal. Comes to about 30 seconds for me. First I saw Caitlyn and now I see Katie and each person I have seen has been wonderful and informative. Fillers- Lip was easy, I bruised for the first week but the results lasted longer than the anticipated. My lips were nice and full for a little over a year. My crows feet didnt last long but for me they were my smile lines and totally expected. Microblading- Again, kind of painful. It was a process and my stomach growled the entire time. Katie and I both laughed about this which told me that I need a burger before my next session. I was told the results would last about 1yr. l still have full brows and its been about 2+ years since that time frame and people compliment me often on my brows and I have caught people talking about how nice they actually look. Dr Fugo and his staff work on not just creating a great relationship with their patients but also on the work that they do and it shows. I had surgery on my knee due to an injury and Katie took the time to personally email me and see how I am doing and that has meant a whole lot to me. Update: 3 years, almost $20k paid to a different surgeon to fix my body later, I finally built up…read morethe courage to post the photos of how my body looked after Dr. Fugo did my tummy tuck and convinced me I only needed to have lipo on my chest & that their would be little to no excess skin because of the lipo he claimed to use that would help retract the skin. I received a final cease and desist letter this week from his attorney after I posted a truthful review of my experience. I feel the only way to validate my story is to post the photos as proof of my claims of receiving horrible results to not only be truthful but to help someone else not endure what I went through. IMO i receivers horrible results. Most of the photos were taken between the 6-18 months post op mark of tummy tuck and lipo on my chest. I feel instead of sending threatening letters it would have been better to reach out and offer an apology and own up to the fact that maybe you didn't do a good job, and realistically offer some sort of refund. We are humans and make mistakes because no one is perfect but receiving the letter further caused emotional damage due to the fact that I am being nothing but truthful and have no malicious intent. This is my story, my body therefore I deserve to share it. I believe the photos below serve as vindication. Maybe some people won't feel the results were horrible but in my opinion they are. I have plenty more photos all of which are time stamped and can be validated. As I stated below: I was NOT offered a free revision I was told it would be 7k additional for him to fix his work. I was told that was a discount since I was HIS patient. It took me over 2 years to save enough money to have another surgeon FIX what Dr.Fugo was paid to do. Original Review: Horrible results. I had a tummy tuck and he recommended liposuction on my chest after massive weight loss and made my chest look 10x worse than it was. I feel the tummy tuck was botched, the incision was too short (which he admitted it was and needed to be extended) leaving me with a tremendous amount of excess skin in my flanks/ abdomen. When I called the day after my tummy tuck because I was experiencing issues that were not normal it seem like I was being a bother. IMO his bedside manner prior to the procedure was incredible but after the procedure he had a totally different attitude during follow ups when I addressed my concerns. I spent over $16k on the procedure and when I went in for a follow up he told me the incision needed to be extended and I would have to pay another 7k for him to fix HIS MISTAKE. I left and endured mental and emotional trauma for this, I had many emotional nights and couldn't even look in the mirror. I had to spend almost another 20k for a doctor to correct the mess he made. Thank God I found a doctor that was able to do a revision and fix the disaster that was made.I was ashamed to even post the pictures of the way Dr.Fugo left my body after the procedure with him but now I had no choice but to share them to help someone else who is choosing a surgeon. Too bad I wasn't one of the lucky patients that apparently had a good experience with him. My opinion is my opinion, my story is my story. I will let the after photos speak for themselves.

My experience with Dr. Mordkovich at Cross Hudson Plastic Surgery has been nothing short of a nightmare--from the botched Dysport treatment to the complete lack of accountability and dismissive attitude of both the doctor and his staff. After my treatment, I was left with an unnatural, "spocked" appearance that completely altered my facial expressions, making me feel self-conscious and distressed. When I brought up my concerns immediately after the injections, instead of addressing them with care and professionalism, Dr. Mordkovich outright dismissed me and showed no interest in resolving the issue. His lack of concern made me feel anxious and uneasy, and I knew I could not trust him to fix the mistake he made. After weeks of back-and-forth and a frustrating, exhausting process of being ignored, they finally offered only a partial refund ($250)--as if I was at fault for their poor work! It was never about the money, but the lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect for patient concerns is appalling. This office clearly does not prioritize patient satisfaction or ethical care. I strongly urge anyone considering this doctor to think twice before trusting him with their face or body. The way I was treated was unacceptable, and no one should have to go through this kind of stress and disappointment after a cosmetic procedure. Avoid this place at all costs. After…read moredealing with a deviated septum and the slew of nasal and sinus problems it has caused consistently for nearly 30 years (including: headaches and face pain, nasal congestion, nosebleeds, sinusitis, blockage of one nostril, sinus infections, excessive postnasal drip, and excessive allergies) I decided to find a quality doctor to help me. When I heard about Dr. Chalfoun I made an appointment as soon as possible. The last one I spoke to several years ago (and ENT, and plastic surgeon) brushed me off with a shocking manner. Dr. Chalfoun was very nice and willing to listen to what I had dealt with. I laid out everything I had been experiencing for years, and even how I had been dismissed by the previous doctor. He was shocked by the previous doctor's words, "It sounds like you have allergies and want a nose job," and attitude. After waiting for the nosebleed I was having when he first walked into the exam room to stop, conversation, and a brief exam he basically said that the same thing as the previous doctor only with nicer wording. He also said that it seems I am able to get air through my nose. I had never once said I couldn't. I did however make it clear that half my nose has a tendency to close on its own while I'm sleeping. He said this was most likely due to dryness, despite me having told him that humidifiers are very active in my house since my father and I both suffer from nasal issues due to dryness. Despite everything I described experiencing and how everything has escalated over, again, NEARLY 30 YEARS he wanted to refer me to an allergist. I told him that I had taken every over-the-counter product for years, some simply out of desperation. Apparently, this was nothing. He also looked at me numerous times like I was lying. This is how you treat a client, or anyone who comes to you for help? I made it clear early on that I was tired of taking pills and using products and wanted a real solution. I do understand that not every deviated septum requires surgery. But what more needs to be done to prove that I need help? Did he need to see me having a significant nosebleed, or heavy swelling in my sinuses? I have a feeling he would have simply handed me some cotton or prescribed me something. While looking through reviews prior to making my appointment, I found it odd that a doctor who supposedly specialized in rhinoplasty (someone in the office told me this when I made the appointment), didn't appear to have any reviews regarding this. I should have seen this as a sign. He would rather push a client off onto another doctor to pack more pills in rather than help a person who has probably taken multiple products already. It makes you wonder what he does for other clients, say one who wants implants. If someone came in claiming that they're unhappy with their current state and it has given them anxiety and depression for years, would he simply suggest they get therapy off onto a therapist and get a medication? I have a feeling he wouldn't. I regret this visit. A word to anyone in this office if you happen to read this: ask the client before they waste their time coming in if they have ever been to an ENT or allergist, because the doctor won't help them if they haven't. Although, after my experience, it looks like he'll push you in that direction anyway.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming the office was clean and comfortable; in regards to working within pandemic guidelines this office was 100% compliant. Meeting the doctor for the first time I was a little nervous but he was absolutely wonderful and explained everything to me including the anatomy of my face reasons why certain imperfections occur and different solutions that may work while also discussing risks. After a couple of my tears were let out during my visit the doctor explained his plan with me and I was more than pleased. My follow up visit was definitely not a 1-5 minute visit. Dr. Stanislaw took his time and was nothing less than precise. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Once he finished and gave me the mirror to observe my results the joy and happiness of his work was beyond my expectations. Dr. Thakur came highly recommended to me for excess skin removal surgery. After making my initial consultation I was determined to have it done. Well on 12/2 my journey began. My mid section was pulled/stretched, tucked and removed. Dr. Thakur also tightened my muscles. It's almost 2 months and words cannot describe how elated I am with the results. I don't recognize myself in the mirror. Also, she doesn't just stop after your incisions are healed. Her office provides laser skin tightening and laser scar treatments.
