This individual was dismissive, cold, and unprofessional to the point of being hostile. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. We experienced the same behavior during my wife's previous visit, which made today's interaction especially frustrating and disappointing. Given that history, it was hard not to conclude that the behavior was intentional rather than incidental. To make matters worse, the assistant did not return to complete my wife's care. That lack of follow-through only reinforced our concern that patient treatment and professionalism are not being taken seriously. Because this issue has now occurred more than once, we have decided not to return to your practice. I wanted you to be fully aware that this decision is based entirely on repeated, unacceptable interactions with this staff member.

Even before looking at the affected area, he wanted to do a whole body check - to be thorough. He had a hunch of what the issue was, took a swab and came back 15 minutes later. I was a bit shocked and impressed when he said he looked at the sample under the microscope and had diagnosed me and was able to point to the evidence all while I waited! It turns out I have psoriasis and have had it for over 10 years. Previous doctors completely missed this and some even misdiagnosed me. I was delighted when he gave me information to read, sample medication and helpful tips on how to cope with the symptoms. This place is ridiculous. They make you come in 3x as if people don't have jobs. AND make you pay a…read morecopay EACH time for nothing but a consultation or to fill out forms. Then you have your appointment for a removal and they make you wait an hour past your appointment. It's so chaotic and unorganized. Plus they do the removal in one site but then you must travel to a different site to see the plastic surgeon. So you are traveling to different sites in one day.
