They levy a late fee after 5 days ($25) and after 20 days they hit you with another $50 late fee. Of course the phone payment system doesnt work but you wont realize that til days after you thought you paid - which works out great for collecting late fees. Came to my storage unit after the second fire just to find that the lock on my storage unit was broken off and I opened my storage locker to find that my items were rummaged through. I immediately called customer service to explain what happened, customer service told me to call the President of this U-Haul facility due to myself not having insurance on the storage unit. I called the President of the facility just for the President to say that he can do nothing and to call the police; which I proceeded to do. This U-Haul facility was no help with this situation and was not empathetic about what happened at all.
