I was assured I would receive a call first thing if my payment was declined so that I wouldn't have a late payment. They called a fake number, rather than my own when my card expired. And conveniently sent out mail THREE weeks later so they could scam their late fee. When I brought it to their attention that they called the wrong number...she pulled out my paperwork and sure enough.. there was my actual phone number in my handwriting..in the computer they conveniently changed the number. They wouldnt own up to there error and provide me a refund. Go figure.

I cannot say enough good about Scenic Self Storage. 5 stars does not do them justice. The facility…read moreis fantastic, but it is the people that are the best part. Jeff and his staff are unbelievable! When I purchased a car and needed storage until I could pick it up. Not only were they willing to take delivery of the car, they were willing to let me send a car cover to the office and they put it on the car for me. As if that wasn't nice enough, when I came to pick up the car, the battery was dead (not unexpected). While they weren't obligated to help me in any way, the manager not only helped me jump start it with his truck, but also called a relative to come help in case we couldn't get it started. I would encourage anyone with self storage needs to give this wonderful company your business.

I strongly recommend Scenic Self Storage!…read more I made an unplanned move recently and needed a place to keep the extra stuff we all accumulate over time. I was in Waukesha and it happened to be snowing - not what I needed. Jeff and Bill were great! Jeff worked with me to get the right sized unit and even made accommodations should I need something bigger. When I came back later to load the unit, Bill had cleared the snow from in front of the locker! The unit was clean and dry and I am sure my stuff will be well protected. Storage facilities are everywhere but I really endorse the personal service provide at Scenic.

I called a second place that said they were open until 2pm. When I spoke to the guy there he laughed at me and said it would be $1500 to have it delivered on a holiday weekend. I then called Emery's. Their website said to text them. By 530p they text me back asking if I still needed a dumpster. I still did. The nice lady understood my issue and said one will be delivered on Sunday morning. We spoke Sunday around 9a and by 1030a the box arrived and place on my driveway. The charge $575 to drop it off and pick it up. No extra charge for a Sunday or a holiday weekend. Your are a fool if you don't go with this company. Thank you to Emery's disposal. You were a lifesaver for me this weekend.
